Even with De-MIRV'ing the land based ICBM's the D-5 Tridents will remain MIRV'd. Even with that reduction, we will still have the capacity to basically turn the world into an ashtray

I guess, but i have read the Cox Report on how the Chinese are stealing US technology, especially at the DOE labs. They seem particularly interested in our nuclear weapons. The design information on the W-88 wathead, which mans the trident missle has been stolen by them. It just pisses me off.

Can you say Pot, Kettle, Black. The US has used espionage, backdeals and buying on the open market to obtain foriegn military hardware for years. If you had a technological gap to a country you were competitive with wouldn't you do the same? So try not to blame it on the poor rice pickers for being so ambitious. As for violating nuclear treaties the US violated the test ban treaty many times in hte 80's trying to make the so called X Ray laser work, something over a hundred shots and the program was a failure.

Yes I am aware of the Chinese spies at the DOE labs. I am seriously about to write a letter to the proper authorites addressing my concerns. Whether it is my congressman or whoeever it may be.

China doenst have the ability to better their tech thats why they steal and anything they steal we better it by a 100 times or make something new to put them back in the past they cant keep up with us. China can steal all the tech they want , in the end america will have the bigger guns and better tech. We have powerful experimental weapons that can blow hole in china or make it no more , think about our black weapons programs something they dont have the brains or the money to run. Only way china can get to our level or higher is if a peacnik comes into power and gives china the whole enchilada. Clinton gave alot of tech to the communist and kerry is going to follow clintons tracks when he gets elected. Remember its not easy for the communist to steal most of them get caught.

That is why I didn't like Clinton he gave a lot of info the chicoms and wasn't tough enough with terrorists he had 3 chances to kill osama but he didnt and if Kerry gets elected he will cut military spending and also give the chicoms a lot of info bush is the only one who wont give any other country anything and he is not scared to attack terrorists or other countries unlike clinton

there is no point cause frankly no leader is not afraid,they are afraid of the ramnifications of thier actions, they cant just say **** this lets kick some terrorist *** they are paid to think about the good of the country and not to endager it by attacking a country which is doing nothing!

so if you were the leader of a nation and another nation had even a small chance of possessing WMD's and kept denying the UN inspectors access to areas you would take the chance of getting attacked over being 100% sure they had no weapons
