I would like to start this topic by referring you to this link:

Janet Jackson Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction leads to massive fines

A simple adult aged nipple is shown for 1 second and the FCC fines twenty tv stations and forces Viacom & CBS to pay huge fines.

And now this happens:

Child nudity shown to millions on American Idol unedited
Obviously I cannot link to the actual video or pictures.

Where is the news? Besides the blog I linked I have not seen one single article about this incident. Why? Because Fox News as well as the FCC have started a smear campaign to cover this up in fear of a public relations nightmare. They have served blogs and even youtube with legal threats of distributing child pornography if all information regarding this incident is not removed. If Fox News is "fair and balanced" shouldn't they receive fines just like CBS and Viacom?

And sure Fox and the FCC have had their run-ins but it never sees fruition.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm going into hiding.
