Good music with bad lyrics

I was at work today listening to some music and the sound was incredible but the lyrics just didn't do the trick for me. I was listening to Minus the Bear's new album OMNI, a band that I really like for their musical compositions, but their lyrics are sub-par most of the time in my opinion.

So I wanted to hear your opinions......

One of my top 5 bands. I would actually have to say Omni is lacking both in composition and lyrics, and the engineering itself went down a few notches since Planet of Ice. I always liked Sniders lyrics cause it was never really about anything other than elaborated thoughts about casual moments in everyday life. That was until Snider and the rest of gang seemed to be forcing themselves to make something good and came up with Omni...



Edit: And rossetta stone that good? I use Pimsleur for jap and french. takes about 2 months to have a real good grasp on the languages
