Think harder. Actions speaks louder than words.

If the defendant wanted to be famous, and single handedly pull off a murder that stunned not only americans and the world, then WHY DID HE PLEAD THE 5TH AMENDMENT - the right of silence?????

No matter how presumable 'insane' he is, or being pyscho'ed by his lawyers to plead that admendment, (worse if he is indeed insane for no words or pleading will get through to him), he does have the free will to still claim atrocious bragging rights to his deeds.

Many others like him would be only too proud to tell it to the world, and more recently, even on videos to reach out to a bigger audience.

But he remained silent........provided the Gestapo or Gitmo staff are not called in for a 'confession'.

Also about the parents being shut-ins: In one of the interviews with their neighbors, they stated that the Loughner family used to be normal and socialize with the other neighbors.

And then for some reason they withdrew and became shut-ins. So it wasn't always the case. But what caused them to withdraw in such a way?

Wait a second....I love a could conspiracy. I really do not see what you are saying.

This Congresswoman was not JFK. She is very low level in the scheme of things.

Proof might be too much to ask for...Give me good Conspiracy.

Which is why she didn't die but is making a 'miraculous' recovery. Sorry but when I hear the word 'miracle' especially with reference to a gun shot wound to the brain I am a bit skeptical. They wanted to get rid of JFK, but in this case they milked the emotional recovery of the situation, sort of like how the trapped miners came out with a big celebration and everyone felt happy and wonderful to be alive. Meanwhile, the judge who for the most part defended the rule of law was killed...maybe you don't see the conspiracy but I do.

You say "low level". But do you or I know all the intricate details about this woman, her husband, or the judge? What they may have known/know, what they may have said or wanted to do?

What is the overwhelming reason to assassinate JFK? Do we know everything about him? Is there something he knew, would have said or wanted to do?

Her rank may have been low level, but maybe there was a reason we do not know.

Like I said, it's all speculation based on facts that are a little peculiar at this point. But at least I'm not married to my thoughts, I could be wrong. But you have not even admitted that there might be a possibility of a conspiracy or that the facts surrounding this case are a little weird.

I think we should always be willing to have a change of mind and to see two sides of a coin.

Take a good look at this picture, note- next to where he wrote "Terminate" it says "At will or Contract (challenging to find)" Could this be a clue to his suicide or a Contract Killing? look also under Prison "cause of sentance - None" maybe under mind control?
Looks like he'd been waying up the options between Suicide, Prison and normal life!

Just curious. What makes everyone so certain he planned on being killed himself? I haven't heard anything official about that so I'm wondering.

I just assumed he knew the risks walking into a crowd for an up close and personal.. and bought a handgun rather than a rifle. HE could have chosen to snipe.. but didnt. He knew he had a great chance at being a martyr.

Without being a trained sniper, he would be lucky if he hit one person before everyone scattered completely.
But I get what you mean.

Exactly... and if he had a true target, taking them out with a rifle would have been the smart thing to do. He shot random folks and got lucky with walking up to the people who would make him famous or get him attention or somehow play into his twisted thinking.

Then again who knows.. we're talking about a lunatic.
