CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati student who stripped down to his underwear to protest the TSA's new security measures says it almost didn't happen.

21-year-old Aaron Tobey appeared on Good Morning Tri-State Weekend Edition to discuss his arrest and the national attention that followed.

"Tobey was charged with disorderly conduct for stripping down at a TSA airport security checkpoint in Richmond over the holiday break late last year.

A judge dropped the charges during a court hearing January 10 in Virginia."

They dropped all the charges...

It seems they buried it on the web and it did not make the front page.. merely page three cover-up

Good to see the judge dropped all the charges against him.. Just hope the judge doesnt have to fly anytime soon as tsa probably have a "special" search waiting for him.. Funny how they kept quiet the outcome of the incident .. Sorry tsa you guys dont get to send people to club gitmo yet...
