According to my resources, this is a talisman against the evil eye.This has the hexagon of Solomon, and if the glyphs were more pronounced they would be probably hebrew. As is, it looks like a mish-mash of runes and hebrew. Nothing evil, in fact, something to ward off dark forces. Look at the book Amulets And Talismans by Sir Wallis Budge, and see if anything comes up in Crowley's assorted books.
