Still Think Climate Change is a Hoax?

So i at first thought ok this isonot going to happen, not now, there full of Sh*t, always asking myself Where is this Bad weather at?

I have watched the news everyday for 10 years, and i always take time to sit down and watch the weather from around the globe. Never a true sign that This Global Event was going to happen.

Well Not until Lately that is.

Now every News Feed, Blog, Station,Tweet Using words like.
Record Breaking
In recorded History
Unpresidented
Extreme
Biblical

I live in Seattle Wa. and two weeks ago it was frozen here for a week and a half, Highs around 33' degrees lows high teens low 20's, Now for a better part of a week it has raining non stop, and the Snow lvl is at 8000 ft in the Cascades Mtns, and were Pushing 60' degrees in mid January, land slides, rivers are starting to flood. and they are saying its going to get back down to Freezing again in about a week??

So i Guess what we said two years ago wasnt at all possible seems to be Openly clear to be true, I just hope after all this we learn from the mistakes we have made, Im not saying we caused this to happen Cause Lets be real we havent been around Long enough to know that type of thing, But what is claer is that the world we Know and love is Changing, that means We will have to change as well...

You've completely missed the point.

There are those who claim anthropogenic (man-made) climate change - and there are those who deny anthropogenic (man-made) climate change. NOBODY is denying that our climate is changing - the only thing people are denying is whether man caused it or not.

Yeah, everyone believes in climate change, but not necessarily CO2 caused climate change. Honestly I dont care about the issue so I dont even take sides anymore.

Along with those descriptions ,here are some words used recently here in Queensland for the floods

catastrophe
biblical proportions
epic
and my most hated one ,Ground Zero
I really dont know what they will say when they realise this was just a taste of whats to come.

And the hottest year on record according to NASA is..........2010. And 2nd place 2005, and tied for third 1998, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2009.

Well from personal observations outside and from dozen upon dozens of newslinks about record freezing temperatures in the last year, the 'fact' that 2010 was reported to be the (equal or second) hottest year on record just doesn't sit right with me.

In fact some, including people who are qualified to speak about it, say the Earth has been cooling and will do for the next decade or so. Record high temperatures are predicted to follow.

If Gore was actually correct, then the temperatures should be increasing as carbon emissions increase.

Anyone been experiencing chilly extremities lately?????

Oh, and if the Earth is in such dire danger, why don't politicians, environmentalists etc jump up and down and expose viable alternative energy that has been suppressed from the people for decades to help "save the planet"?

wrong, though very very close. the plan seems to be milk it for all its worth, and when things start to look bad, and the average american cant afford gas, come out with their alternative energy that we KNOW exists (i do anyway)

think about it from a shrewd business pov. there is so much money invested into oil right now, that they would be crippled if we had such a new tech

they would much rather wait untill supply started dwindling (ironically when its the most expensive) and then boom "we solved the energy crisis, so the world wont perish in darkness as we thought, we have what will ressurect our society!! oh by the way, its not cheap"

I believe in climate change. But I also believe we don't know what's causing and where it will end. First they tell us we'll freeze to death, then they tell is we'll burn to death. Now they're saying they haven't a clue but if the weather changes it's our fault.

Here's a thought. What if climate change/global warming whatever, is beyond repair? What if the TPTB know that?

Without reading the rest of the thread, yes, yes I do think it is a hoax. The Earth has been around for billions of years, and everytime a volcano erupts, everytime a creature farts, it puts various stuff into the atmosphere which causes climate change. Man is basing his theorys on observed facts, things which man has recorded over the years.

FACT: Earth undergoes these periods often (in timeline, not man history). We (man) are blowing things out of proportion because we fail to take into account the whole of Earths history, only what man has written.

Global Warming is a scam!!! Wake up!

This guy is fantastic, he is an astro physicist and independant weather predictor, he predicted all of the freezing weather when official channels said it would be mild.

1, Climate change IS REAL

2, It is NOT anthropogenic

3, The climate is cooling, NOT warming, contrary to what the warmist experts says

4, 60% of weather stations around the world have been lost since the 1990's so the gaps are based purely on guesswork, and since that guesswork is done by the people who have an interest in showing that the earth is warming, its much higher, the data is totally wrong!! and this is how they come up with all the "2010 was warmist on record"... its based mostly on GUESSWORK

And those notes are based on the data taken from weather stations, which 60% of have been lost since the 1990, a great deal of the "data" has been guessed, this has been bought up many times before.
