Before HAARP 3 Articles That Don't Sit Good With Me!

Came across these 3 articles, the first one is the official type information around in the 90's on the 'new' HAARP facility.
The other 2 articles are concerns from locals amongst others who had some compelling evidence back then on why it should not be built. Very compelling evidence against the project.

Hmmm, that was an interesting read. I had read about HAARP a couple of years ago when I first discoverd ATS. Just recently became an actual member. I can't imagin any good coming out of "aggrivating" the atmosphere. Could be causing some of the earthquakes and bird deaths?

There is nothing you can do as locals.

These people will be testing on populations and anyone they want. They see people as nothing, as its only knowledge they want.

The thing people do not understand is how important em weapons are, and they are capable of so much, as everything is energy, and to disrupt something you just need to find the right energy type. Its amazing, but the people of alaska have no rights as the people will not be listened too ever.

If the internet was about in 1995 as massively as it is now, the evidence written back then against it might have caused a groundswell in opposition? Sites like ATS would have taken this on board and fought to stop it?
