I'm sure this has all been answered before, but I haven't seen it listed all in one place yet.

What do the letters P F S W K next to each post mean?

P = # of posts you've made
F = # of flags people have given the threads you've started
S = # of stars people have given your posts
W = # of people who you think are Wankers here on ATS
K = # of Kangaroos saved by your insights here on ATS

Right:

P= Number of posts you have made

F= Number of flags your threads have recieved

S= Number of stars you have received for your posts

W= Wats Index, This is an odd one its kind of a valuation of everything youve contributed on this website, the higher it is the more usefull you are as in information provider sort of thing

K= Karma, This is also odd, its like a valuation of the quality of your postings here on ats

P = number of posts you have made

F = number of flags you have received for your authored threads

S = number of stars you have received for your posts within a thread

W = number of your 'WATS' score

K = karma rating

The WATS and KARMA both have unique mathematical formulas to determine the rating, I will see if I can track it down for you, but I'm sure someone else will chime in quickly as well and will probably ave the info.

SkepticOverlord explains the karma rating here

Somebody posted that on one of my threads

Part of the difference between "W" and "K" is that "W" simply accumulates like most of the others, whereas the "K" figure can also go down; I surmise that "divide by the number of posts" is one of the elements in the formula.
You started with a "K" of 20. If you had made 20 posts without collecting any stars, your "K" would have been 1.

Thanks for the useful information. I knew the top three, but I didn't know the "W' and the "K". I was staring at them for a couple days wondering what they meant. I guess I'm going to have to share more useful info. than I have been to raise my scores.

I feel a little let down that the W = Wat index and the K = Karma.

I was really rooting for Wankers and Kangaroos.

Nobody figured out how to calculate the W and the K. Isn't that something that the moderators would know? Just saying.....

This has been extremely helpful, though slightly confusing. I think I prefer kangaroos to karma

You can't fontiguate the satisfactory absorbtion of the main line. So short falls or lima beans, the callus codger can't stop. Can't rock the contiguous fingers of the greazy hand. So back up. Back down and get cho self on the groove just for the funk of it. Yeh.

People write this second line message on their second line when their reply only consist of one line. They do that because if you follow the rules stricktly one liners must be avoided.

Read the introduction and rules...for more.....rules............... and regulations.
