CNN says Lucid Dreaming can be dangerous...?

I recently moved place and ever since have had the most vivid dreams every night, some just downright creepy nightmares. Only ever had one lucid dream. I was at the crossroads where I used to live. Turning left would take me to my place of work, straight ahead to my family. like an idiot I decided to go to work and kick my boss's head in I soon woke up after taking that road. I wonder if that negative action has hindered me experiencing it again
