You've got it completely wrong by the way mate - that $1 million dollars is just to get the ball rolling while the event is STILL HAPPENING. The Federal government has already pledged to cover the cost of rebuilding the infrastructure - that and they have sent in the army for crying out loud. They don't know the total damage bill yet so of course they won't say how much they are contributing because they just simply don't know yet.

Hehe well I agree with you about the Gillard government - im not a liberal lover in any way, shape or form but something about Gillard just grates on my nerves. That and the fact that her backstabbing of Rudd left a bitter taste in my mouth.
