I'm not sure about it being fake but it sure does look disturbing. His eyes look possessed and the smirk sure doesn't help.

"If" the mug-shot has been edited in any way, I would bet the reason is to hide the bruises and swellings he must have suffered while in custody.
oh my gosh- i thought the exact same thing when i was watching the news last night-- the artist drew him with hair!!! i am sorry this is not the same guy----and btw, the msm said this is NOT his mugshot. my husband (a complete skeptic of anything conspiratorial) just walked in with his WSJ to tell me that the guy in the picture today (on the front page-bald) is NOT the same guy who was on the front page yesterday-- he had both papers in his hand- i nearly fell off my chair

The main catch (aside from the fact that the mugshot is out-of-place in the first instance) is that the drawings in court, supposedly drawn two days after this mugshot was taken, showed him as having hair and eyebrows.
1 - Why would the court artist lie/ misrepresent the subject? That would be a felony in itself (I'm guessing)?
2).

He probably is. That would explain why they change colour.
Oh I forgot, he can't be because evil is only make-believe...
