I'm not sure how this fits into all this but, here goes.

Lately, the past few weeks when I go to sleep it feels like I am literally going to float right out of my body. Heck, even as I type this, I feel kinda silly. But its true. It kinda starts in my chest till it goes through my whole body, then it feels really electric.

Like I said, not sure how this fits, but its my 2 cents.

Weird - I've been having the same sensation when I go to sleep

The TV places the viewer in a semi-hyponotic trance during which time they are highly suseptible to suggestion, having given over their thinking and creative energies in favour of allowing the tube to do their thinking for them.

The occasional movie is fun to watch, even more so when you never watch TV any more, but there again, there's all this unncessary "gratuitious" violence, some of which is of THE most horrific kind, I just cannot believe some of the scenes I've watch in movies, absolutely horrific!

"as for the TV; we as humans need to stop relying on a screen to tell us what to do. entertainment is all in the mind and we can achive the highest of entertainment by harvesting the imagination and having power over your mind and not let your mind over power you."

I agree that TV can be a kind of thought control, but I think it's absolutely awesome how in this day and age we can share our imagination and entertain each other with our experiences; the most viable being the ones that are the most popular. I actually think that as a collective of souls, we gain from each other's experiences and grow a lot simply by going to the movies... becoming emotional, shivers up your spine, nightmares and feelings of love etc. It may seem like a crutch or escapism from real life (and it can be) but taken for what it is, I really think that we are very lucky to have managed this level of civilisation where we can share so much.

I agree with you as well. I know that people become entranced with the TV as I remember struggling with that notion as a teenager, long ago. Later on I went without TV for maybe 10 years. I'm not too sure it's very suggestive when we are lethargic because we experience more when we are energetic. It's more like a bad habit making you lazy. It's even worse when you allow it to affect your emotions e.g. moral outrage, or when you let it decide what's right or wrong and there's plenty of that going on. To me that's cultural more than personal. If you see some news and expect your society to form a shared conclusion then you will feel compelled to tow the line.

I don't know... As I get older I care less what the people on TV think.

I take just about everything under the sun, including zinc.

This I honestly doubt.

It certainly is valid as an experience and belief. All the same, it's complete nonsense.

People are being called by the spirit into a whole new way of life and of being, while the old modalities are passing away, and this quite naturally creates stresses and strains on the mind and body.

Your ideas require beliefs that many do not ascribe to. The world is in need of major changes. These changes don't require a belief in spirit and ascension, only a basic understanding of the laws of nature, and how our current ways are unsustainable. The beliefs are but a coping mechanism, and they stifle true progression.

I'm afraid that you cannot convince me that there isn't such a thing as ascension symptoms or that many among us are embarking on this quest, consciously or unconsciously and being transformed in the process.

Okay, your loss. FYI, I went through nearly everything you mention. The experience isn't abnormal as you put it. It's a result of the changes in our environment, mostly. Once I realized the causes, and went about treating them, I was well. No belief system made me well. In fact, I was a believer in all this newage hooey when I was most sick. Step by step, as I became well I realized how much garbage I had let in from these idiotic beliefs.

And it's not just the normal everyday stuff like aging or whatever, but a complete rejection of one world, in favour of a new one we are experiencing that is wanting and needing to come into being.

Ya know, this stuff happens from time to time. There is still no reason to believe in all this metaphysical jargon.

It's also expected that people will come into this picture and try to persuade us otherwise, because the unknown and change is kind of scary for many, and they would rather not have to face that kind of transformation, and so we're told we're either just insane, or nutrient deficient.

I embrace the unknown
Always have. The thing is, as an adult and member of society, it's best for us to seek answers which benefit our species to these unknowns. In past times, we satisfied this need to fill in the gaps of our knowledge with beliefs. I think we've finally reached the point where our scientific understandings have made practically all of the old religious ways obsolete. The benefit no longer outweighs the detriments for our species. We have transcended them.... well, most of us.

Most, but it would appear that some of us still have a ways to go...

You and another poster I and others have been debating lately, appear to be precisely the same individual, even though you're not.

Remember that unity in diversity is a motto with all this stuff, and, something I try to remind myself - there is a fine line between holiness (wholeness, wellness etc) and assholiness.

Trust me, I'm well aware of how my words are assholish from time to time. It's a burden I pay for dearly in valuing knowledge and honesty slightly over fairness and kindness.

In the end, I think it's best if we leave each other with, "to each their own".

Peace man.

I am honest and knowledgable as well you know.. and in truth, when we come to the space of nothing - goodness, fairness and kindness, is, as far as I can tell, the only thing that arises as a new possibility, or the only thing that is worthwhile anyway..

So peace to you also! Peace out. Peace in AND out!

If you want to heal yourself, you guys should try Self-Reiki. I tried it and it works. You don't even need to touch the body...

Has anyone already tried it?

Nice post. Lots of good information.

The energetic center for 5th dimensional consciousness is right above the heart, around the thymus. Pouring that energy out can help balance the individual.

If you haven't heard of George Kavassilas, I recommend his talks on the subject.

Just for the record, I overcame stage two obesity and type II diabetese, as a result of the special superfood supersmoothie regimen I'm into (coming soon as the "exilir" of life in the peronsal alchemy thread in my sig, at long last, sorry for procrastinating on that btw for all who are waiting patiently), and I was finding that the nutritional profiles of those shakes was just SO great that I didin't need to keep on taking those handfuls of vitamins, but, for all I know I have been getting a little "coppery"

And in truth I DIDN'T actually know about that, and the need for Zinc as the antidote, and so I've started taking my zinc more regularly now, in the hopes of being "normal" again!

Copper Personality

THE HIGH COPPER PERSONALITY There exists a high copper personality. Positive traits include a warm, caring, sensitive, emotional nature, often with artistic orientation and a child-like quality. Often high-copper people are young-looking. Many traditionally feminine traits are associated with copper such as softness, gentleness and intuitiveness. This may relate to the qualities of metallic copper, which include softness, malleability and an excellent conductor of electricity. When the personality is not fully integrated or the copper becomes too high, negative traits show up. These include spaciness, racing thoughts, living in a dream world and naiveté. Other qualities include childishness, excessive emotions, sentimentality, a tendency to depression, fearfulness, hidden anger and resentments, phobias, psychosis and violence. Artists, inventors and other high-copper types often "live on the edge", in part due to their high copper level. The copper personality tends to accumulate copper easily. Copper can function as a psychological defense mechanism. It causes one to detach slightly from reality. This provides relief from stress for the sensitive individual. It works well as long as the copper does not become too high. Very high copper can cause a psychotic break from reality, a type of schizophrenia.

I do however take Etherium Gold, Aulterra and Ormus (although I need to restock), so I'm neutralizing any toxic buildup surely, and who knows, maybe when all is said and done I'll be golden

I wonder where the "Golden personality" fits into the DSMA?

If one is on antibiotics, etc, will listening to this stuff still work?

I need something that will help me to calm down and stop fearing the unknown. I am functionally sick at this point but I really want to feel like myself again instead of a ghost.

Great thread!
Now I know I am not alone in this!

In the last two years my life has changed in such dramatic ways that sometimes it is difficult to process. And it feels like the change is exponential!!

*I went from being a top Advertising position in a VERY prominent International company to an herb gardener and Abused Animal Sanctuary owner.

*Went from living in luxury in a major city to selling everything and in the process of buying land on a beautiful mountain next to a river and living very modestly.

*Used to be the life of the party (attention seeker) but now I feel much better in solitude, nature or with my many pets.

*Used to be ultra catholic but had no real belief in an universal source of Love, now I am completely non-religious, but seeking a deep connection with the Great Spirit.

I too feel everything is about to change, and i hope we are all ready to experience that change in the most positive of ways!

Well, yes.

I've noticed my meditations are a lot more powerful and the energy, I've drawn in, has lead me to become a much more balanced individual. A random sense of achievement, and true escape from materialism - I literally have no desire for any possessions. Found it all troubling first and unsure why I've become a more stronger empath.

Interesting thread.

Thankyou OP for this thread - really awesome!

I myself know for a fact, in my heart and soul, that there are massive changes occurring of late.

I have this sense that I can not seem to shift as hard as I try, that there is something huge going to happen, very very soon. With all the disasters and animal die-offs just adds to my gut feeling.

My health and mental state seem to most definitely had a change.

I feel like doing nothing, just resting, and can not get motivated at all. I have been sick on and off for around 3 months now, with a so called flu. I know it is not a flu, because I have had flu dozens of times in my life. This is different.

One thing that has started for me since last week only, but every day since, is I am feeling an awful sensation in my head... and a sort of noise inside my head as though I am under water. It feels like pressure, but my BP is fine. A feeling I have never felt before. I have also got vertigo - something I haven't ever had before.

I recently went to my doctor and was prescribed anti-depressants. I can't say I feel depressed as such, but I feel different, so took them anyway.

What is really getting me more than any of this, is the gut feeling, right down to my core - the certainty, that something is happening - something beyond belief. I just don't know what it is.

It was very wise of you to see a doctor and I do recommend all on ATS seek professional help, before assuming their symptoms are associated to a spiritual event. Meditation is very soothing for anxiety disorders and depression btw.

I meditate and do yoga at least twice a day.
