The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is a museum located on the shore of Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, United States, dedicated to archiving the history of some of the best-known and most influential artists, producers, and other people who have in some major way influenced the music industry, particularly in the area of rock music. The museum is part of the city's redeveloped North Coast Harbor.

Only Nirvana. Changed music more than any other over last 20 years. Took michael jackson of top and it really ended his reign, and that was good for music.

All early 90's music rode on nivanas wave. Still remember hearing smells like teen spirit when i was in 6th form. Only song ever i remember where i was.

Nirvana isn't eligible yet. Not till 2013. I would assume they will be a first ballot inductee.

I can't believe KISS isn't in there, they've influenced a ton of kids to play. I heard they will never get in because they want 25% of all admmission fees. If true I think it's pretty arrogant of them but a lot of musicians consider the HOF a joke. I've heard you can buy or brown nose your way in, so who knows the real story with KISS. I don't see them kissing butt to get in there, so maybe thats their stance on it, if so I understand and respect their position.
