How do you know? Is there any proof that the killer is a follower of Palin?

No there is not, if anything he hates her.

I have been reading post all over the internet and this is getting dangerous, unless some of you want to see another catastrophe take place.

This is sickening

Daily Kos targeted Gabrielle Giffords with a "bulls eye" back in June of 2008

Democrats use "bulls eye" targets extensively in their political graphics. This map shows states Democrats want targeted. Arizona, which Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords represents, is surrounded by these targets.

Then you have to blame the daily KOS as well

Hey guys, not to burst your bubble or anything, but the MSM is reporting that according to his friends he was a "very left wing political radical." That doesn't sound like the kind of guy that would listen to Palin.

Not that politics plays any factor at all in this. The guy was nuts, just read what he wrote on this site or check out his youtube profile.

Since you just joined today you might not be aware that it is prudent to offer links to sources when you make claims like that. Thanks.

Don't try to reason with them it is futile,

Although Palin dug herself a very big hole with those ads I am afraid,

I just don't want to see anyone else get hurt.

The whole think makes me feel queasy, honestly, there is some nasty negative energy.

IMHO: Images with cross-hairs might give the nuttiest of nut-balls "bad" ideas. It's bad enough when compliant citizens take up arms for a cause. "Just start loving each other. Please." Not shoot each other.

You got that right...

Apparently all the anti Democratic/Progressive rantings of Rush, Beck, ORilly, Sean, Savage, Ingraham, Bork, Hal Turner, Medved, Levin, Ann Coulter, etc. are finally beginning to bear fruit.

I just don't want to see anyone else get hurt.

Then tell the Right Wing spokespeople like the above to stop with the inflammatory rhetoric or there will be a lot more people hurt.

Palin is toast...

How do you know that this guy was influenced by Beck or Palin? It is possible, but an MSNBC article talks about this guy being nuts in 2005, while he was in college. This was obviously brewing in his mind for some time.

I'm not specifically talking about this nut case....

Ever hear of copy cat killers? Do you really think that the constant hate/fear mongering from the Right isn't having an affect on other crazy people.

Inflammatory or not makes no real difference. It doesn't even really matter who, if anyone, the shooter followed or listen to.

At the end of the day, when government gets so deceitful, so corrupt, and terribly disinterested in real people or even the founding documents, things like this will happen. Add to that the increasingly tough economic times and we have a gumbo that will yield its own fruit.

Stupid opportunists (Left/Rightwing pundits, MSM, etc) will always be around, they will just get more airtime as time goes on or get shut down by a nervous government.

The fun is yet to come me thinks, and by fun I mean horrible train wreck.

I'm surprised that I haven't seen any mention about the serious potential for government crackdowns and expansion of power to combat it's own scary populace. Every time this type of thing occurs will further press the government into our affairs.

So innocent bystanders (including a nine year old girl with zero government ties) are mercilessly slaughtered and this is somehow directly / indirectly the government's fault? If I didn't know any better, I'd think you were implying a collateral damage argument.

Do you think blood in the streets will be "fun"?

Iinteresting that Kos had a target on a picture of the Congresswoman, too and he scrubbed it out. Then there was a Democrat candidate that ran in Arizona and who lost who used a target sign during his campaign. In reality "having someone in your sights" is not unusual in American political expression at all. It is not literal, sweetheart.
