You seems to enjoy the freedom in US. Tell me why "fahrenheit 911" was not shown in regular theater? I tried to see it on the first night, but its long sold out in a small and unknown theater in our area.

I agree that US government are more clever in terms of censorship. Democrazy does not mean that the goverment will represent the interest of most people. Too many example of democrazy, yet failed economy. There is no correlation between democrazy and development. If China followed Soviet Union, China would now be no better than Rassia, maybe there would now be about 7 mini-China states.

As for the US being clever with its propaganda, we have the benifit of a free press to also watch and listen in on. Were do you get your information? From the state owned media service? Even the "commercial" stations are governed. Im surprised China even allows the Internet into the country. No doubt the loyalty pledge that they are requiring thier ISP's to live up to will be enforced with a gun in thier backs.

I do not either. I support a government that will represent the interest of most Chinese. Although CCP made huge mistakes, we should give her credit for freeing China from West and Japan pillaging. CCP is now leading China to be strong, proud, and peaceful. China do not want war, but China will not be intimidated when concerning the vital interest of Taiwan.

For my future, I will return to China in a few years. I do hope I can bring some contribution back to China. Ridiculously, I am interested in anyway of cheap energy, which I think is a great obstacle for development.

I will return to China immediately if war break out because of Taiwan or against Japan and US.

If Texas wanted to leave the united states? Absolutely! It is in thier right and no one would have the right to stop them. If the majority of Texans wanted to leave, then they should leave the Union. If the federal govornment tried to stop them, then they would be wrong in doing so. They would be evil agressors.

Just like Taiwan. The Taiwanese dont want to be part of China. perhaps its because of the Chinese communist govornment. Maybe if the Chinese got rid of the communist govornment and got one in that wasnt as brutal, the Taiwanese would be more accepting of reunification with China. But right now, the Taiwanese dont want anything to do with it, they want to be independant. So they should stay independant. And if China tries to force them in, then china will become the evil agressor.

From what I have gathered from Most Chinese folks here in America is that they agree that Taiwan should stay seperate from the mainland. Most of these people fled China because of communism.

By the way, i wasnt aware of any censorship with farenheit 9/11. It plays at theaters all over the place here. However, remeber this is a free country. This means theater owners have the right to play whatever movies they want, and not show movies they do not want to see. They arent forced by the govornment or others to show movies. They have a choice too.

I wasnt aware Lincoln was considered the greatest US president. He actually set a dangerous precident.

The souht wanted to leave the Union not because of slavery, but because of the rights of the state over the federal govornment were being threatened. They no longer wanted to be part of the Union, and should have been let to do so, instead of being forced.

Russia has a powerful communist party, because of what I said about the
"abruptness" of the change. They just expected a new form of democratic government to appear out of thin air..There are still "hangers on" from the previous Ideologies.

And China, a gradual blend of Socialism and capitalism, a slow progression from one to the other.. And if the common people of China have it their way, the blend will change, less socialism, more captialism..

So you see, I am not living in the 80's. Although I drove a MUCH cooler car back then.

I wish all corrupt official be hanged in China. On the other hand, most these officials will be like angel when compared to those Executive like Enron.

It is the US that disregard those lives of the armed force to fight a war of Choice, and war of aggression. In this aspect, I am particularly thank for for our Chinese government.
