Yes. I see. Your experience was where the idea of ignorance being bliss concept came from. But, honestly, once you "take the bite of the apple."
You take the bite of the apple. You should be applauded for your journey into truth, hard, wearying...BUT it does make you part of what most people
will never attempt in their lifetime. You took the path less chosen. wow. so to cheer u and since I have had brillant sappy material dedicated to
me. I will dedicate this poem to you.
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
William Ernest Henley
and honestly how many people can really say this and it's true? YOU CAN!!!
