WHO WANTS GMAIL? [WINNERS CHOSEN!]

That's right. There is no trick or "catch" as some might say. I use GMail (I'm a beta tester) and the good folks at GMail have given me the opportunity to hand out FREE GMail accounts to any THREE people. After asking friends and family, no one ended up wanting one... so I pose the question to my ATS/BTS friends...

WHO WANTS A FREE GMAIL ACCOUNT?

I can only give out 3 accounts. So if anyone wants one, just reply here. I'm gonna be choosing AT RANDOM the two recipients of the accounts FRIDAY (7/9).

Well, I've seen people sell it, but I dont think it's really worth it. I mean, GMail is gonna be free when it's released to the public, anyway.

I just feel like giving them out to people who'd like them for free.

I just came on to BTS to check the thread for the amount of replies. Currently (3:10PM, EST 7/8/04), there are only 6 requests. I'm trying to go for AT LEAST 10 replies. So I'm gonna extend the deadline of this contest to NOON TOMORROW (12:00PM EST, 7/9/04).

The announcement will be made between 2 and 3PM EST tomorrow. I'd like to give people enough time. I'd like to have at LEAST 10 requests. Currently, there are only 6. If there is STILL NOT 10 requests by tomorrow, tough cookies. I will pick the recipients of the accounts TOMORROW.

I would certainly enjoy having a GMail account.. Its hotmail for me right now lol.

I have a GMail account, but I hardly ever use it. I would have to start telling everyone to send messages there. I'm waiting until they integrate it with outlook express. Even if you don't get an accout with Google, everyone benefits. Yahoo has increased their account size to 100 MB and Hotmail is upping theirs to 250MB later this summer....So three cheers for GMail

Good to hear Hotmail is going to be increasing... The current limit is far too small.

One thing I like about gmail is how messages are grouped into conversations. It's convenient to keep track of them like that.

I was just checking my GMail and I got a message from the GMail staff saying you now have 3 invitations.

YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?
