They guy is a cheap shyster aging strongman who has been given airtime by dumbed down Egyptian tv channel. You get this kind of "news" up and down the US. Yes i know i have seen this type of programe in brazil too, i dont have nothing against arab people, the women are 1 of the prettiest and i like there food too. Watts is the unit for power. This guy does 1073.8 watts. Power can be tested for, however this guy does not specify the time for the testing. Power requires energy/time. He was right about the vein that runs in the spine because they're many, and many arteries too. The spine is basically your body's highway. I wonder how they even tested this though, did this guy push some mass over a certain distance and they timed how long it took him to push this mass. With that information you find the power to convert into horsepower. Not doubting but more info is needed.
