Transocean, the owner of the rig involved in the gulf oil spill is claiming that the federal board involved in investigating the BP oil spill has no
jurisdiction in the matter and refuses to turn over evidence that has been requested by the board.
Well here we go! I wonder how much of the evidence will disappear before Transocean turns over a few scraps, claiming that its all they had. There
is also a conflict of interest here, because several employees of Transocean and Cameron International are involved in the testing of the failed
blowout preventer. How convienient!! No doubt these employees are fine, upstanding citizens that would never think of doing anything to erase
evidence implicating their bosses.
