RECENT POSTS pages keep refreshing????

Okay??? So, Mods?? Anyone in management have anything to offer concerning this??

Just thought I would ask.....................

They are trying to respond, but every time they go to click on this thread, the page refreshes...

Wow, can't believe there has been a thread on this. Figured I would find it after enough searching on recent posts page. Guess I could have done a search, but where's the fun of scrolling down a page, getting hit with a refresh bug, cursing, and repeating?

I hope something can be done about a refreshing recent posts

There should be no more refreshing... not since at least five hours ago.

There was code (it was only supposed to work if you were on page 1, but worked on all pages for some reason) to refresh recent posts every 150 seconds as a brief (12 hour) test during this typically slow week to examine a possible new site feature.

Sorry if it caused some disruption for some, that wasn't the intent.

Thank goodness it's gone then. Maybe you should warn us about such tests in the future? Also input before implementing something like this might be valuable from members. There's tons of internet veterans in here who might have better ideas. for getting rid of it
