i just want to say off the bat that this is NOT a prediction.

Im not really a dreamer, meaning i dont dream often but when i do dream they are very vivid and 90% of the time i remember them in great detail.

last night i was tossing and turning for a good 2 hours unable to sleep i was very restless. (excited about santa
) when i did eventually nod off i had the wierdest dream.

I was in this building complex, i think it was some type of hotel or motel, it was all one level, i dont know why i was there but i was there with my partner and my infant son.

the dream started off quite normal, was swimming in the pool when i noticed the sunlight getting very bright and streaming through the window...so bright that i had to turn myself and my son away from it...then it went dull again...

i could here people muttering and wondering what was going on, so i decided to get out of the pool and take my son back to our room.

i got myself and my son changed and happened to glance out of the window and the sun had these big dark patches in it and it looked "firey" not the usual glow of the sun where u cant make it out ..looking like an orb of light, but you could look at the sun as it was dull and orange not bright and what looked like flames flicking out from it.

as i watched it at the window with my son in my arms, there was this loud roar and suddenly what looked like a ball of fire heading towards us....i was stuck to the floor, was mesmerised by what i was seeing, suddenly a man who was walkin near my window, burst into flames and suddenly my windows blew in , glass everywhere...

i shielded my son and ran into the bathroom where there were no windows. i sat in there for about 10 minutes, then i peeked out the bathroom door, and the glass was all over the floor, nothing on fire though so i went back to the window and could see what can only be described as hot magma flying in great big dollops from the sunnot just heading towards earth....

the rest of the dream was pretty basic...i fled to a safe place....

ive only ever had a "disaster" dream once before and it was a giant tsunami...about a year ago....

im just wondering does anyone else have these dreams...are they recent or have u had them for many years...and do u think its an awakening, or our subconcious telling us of thisngs to come?

i thought it was maybe because i go on conspiracy sites or watch videos on youtube....but it just freaked me out so just thought id ask all of you if u experience these TYPES of dreams.

thanks

Eugh... I felt slightly sick reading your description of the Sun doing what it did. I had a very similar dream about 2 years ago that terrified me to the core. Same kind of scenario, only I was on a beach (I used to live by the sea)
I stared up at the Sun because everything around me seemed to go dim all of a sudden. As I looked straight at the dimmed Sun, it began to turn an electric blue & then flickered violently like a strobe light or arc welder, then dimmed & began to form a halo & shrink. I knew instinctively that this was it... everything was about to die.
Horrible, horrible dream that scares me to even recall, it was so vivid & clear.

to me it sounds like you are having visions of 2012. we are supposed to get major solar flare activity (which explains the sun fire) and it would knock out the electrical system and people would go crazy and kill each other (which explains the man on fire)

lol well lastnight I had 2 weird dreams, one told me that it is the soul which creates the body and that any disease happens at a soul level before a physical level and the other was a very bizzare dream when eventually some random person came to me and told me that the dream was a test and that I dealt with it with compassion and I held on to my beliefs courageously. The also told me I had less cake than I thought. all of which are very odd to me anyway haha. very strange!

merry christmas

'___' is a hallucinogenic product released from the brain during sleep and other activities including the taking of certain chemicals

If it makes you feel any better, I had a dream last night as well.

But it was a dream that there were Nuclear bombs being dropped on various cities around the US.

Lots of horrible things happened I wont go into detail...

I thought it an odd Christmas eve dream.

I have had several dreams where I have seen a large planet in the sky. They are the most bizarre thing imaginable. The feeling of looking up and seeing this in the sky has stayed with me from my dreams. Along with these dreams I also had dreams around the same time with massive atmoshperic and terrain disturbances. In one of them the ground just seemed to pulsate and distort, not like an earthquake, something much more peculiar altogether.

Years ago I also had a recurring dream where I looked out of the window and saw flood waters in the distance drawing nearer. So strange, exactly the same dream night after night.

Something else I noticed, for about the last 2 years I have been having dreams with peoples faces in them, so clear and lucid, but yet I have never before seen these people. It almost feels like I am tapping into other peoples lives sometimes when I dream.

well thats what u are talking about. how do you think you have dreams? everything that causes a responses in our brain comes from a mind altering chemical. from happy to depressed. dmt is naturally produced in our bodies. yes in theory dmt (i believe it) causes us to dream. you and i and everyone here is holding a schedule 1 illegal drug inside us. with all due respect to you NWOnoworldorder by the way. i understand that this isnt the point of your post and i dont mean to derail it in any way.

First off, I've had disaster and post apocalyptic dreams since I was a young child. Lately they've been picking up in frequency and intensity. I have heard others saying the same thing. My 19 year old son just told me today most of his dreams are like action movies (and he hardly watches t.v. and movies) with a post apocalyptic feel to them. He is not into this stuff, but we talk about dreams a lot and I try not to influence him with my beliefs. That said, I had a dream when I was a kid that is still clear in my mind. I was in a barren world where the sun was extremely bright and hot, and I was walking on a fuselage of some sort, huge, not like an airplane. Don't know if it meant anything or not. It was like the sun was larger or brighter than normal. I don't know if this rings with you, but I thought of it immediately when I read your account. I, too, always discount my dreams as maybe an overactive imagination, but sometimes I think they are real, like an intuition if not an outright premonition.

thanks for your comment, u see we only use a small part of our brains...we are extremely smart beings and if we were to actually use our full brain i believe that our world would be very very different, my personal belief is this, i think when we sleep the part of our brain we dont use when we are concious comes in to play....i think that our dreams are telling us something, perhaps future events, ive only recently (the past couple of years) started having apocolyptic dreams, i just think maybe theres more to it than merely just having access to info that we otherwise wouldnt had there not been internet.

all very strange....im extremely curious as to what we as a race would be like if we actually used our full brain capacity...and why do we not? why are we restricted to only a small portion?..makes u think huh?

For the past couple of years, I always have weird dreams. Usually uncomfortable or scary but hard to remember. Not tonite though, cause I seem to be having some insomnia.

I always have crazy dreams. Not a single night (or day, as is usually the case for me) goes by that I don't experience an intense dream of some kind. In my case it's due to anxiety. There are many, many possible causes of personally uncommon dreams hypothesized by many, many people. Everything from anxiety (as in my case,) to discomfort, to something you ate, to various supernatural and metaphysical hypotheses.

Dreams of disasters are very common, particularly dreams of large or all-encompassing destructive forces traveling toward you from a great distance (tidal waves, shock waves, buildings collapsing toward you, something chasing you that you cannot escape from no matter what, because it's too fast, always knows where you are, etc. Inescapable forces.) Your sun dream might fall under that category. Some psychologists suggest such dreams are indicative of unresolved feelings of powerlessness either in your waking life, or from something as simple as getting tangled up in your bedding while you sleep.

Ultimately, I find personally that dream interpretation - with the exception of very clear, obvious, and/or personally significant imagery/content - is a highly subjective crap shoot. But that's just my personal experience. I know a lot of people who find great insight and enrichment in their dreams. Everyone is different.
