General Decrease in Competitions?

As far as i can remember, it has been awhile since there has been a competition on ATS... i really miss them, they were inspiring. I think we shoulda had a couple by now...Maybe about the holidays or new years. Something. But yet, back to my question, has there been any recent competitions or contests? Or is there a thread for those somewhere im misssing?

Yes, theres currently both a senior and junior debating tournament in progress.

Not sure what you mean by "competitions".
There is the debate forum, with debates going on now.

There is a writer's competition every month or two.

There is a "game" once in a while.

And some posters consider every post they make to be a competition. lol.

What exactly are you referring to?
