Ever wondered what a sunset would look like on Mars?

Or how about Phobos in front of the sun creating a partial solar eclipse?

Well, there you go, your questions have been answered.

Now if only we got to see them in person...

Had to share because they're awesome!

Any thoughts?

Wow great vids! I'm doubting that's the true colors though, I wonder what it would look like for real. All the same, thanks for sharing. It truly is amazing to see how small the sun would look.

I wonder if that would have been a good chance to photograph Phobos' shadow on the Martian surface.
Are any Nasa probes still in orbit?

Watching our neighborhood star set at our neighbors house....that was one of the greatest things I have ever seen.

Thanks for that video, it just made my day.

Your welcome for the video!! I just saw it and knew people would love it because I did.

Although I showed my wife and she could have cared less for it.

It's amazing to see our sun from a different planet, almost surreal.

Mine too buddy. It made my day as well.

I have to some research and find out what color the sun would be in Martian atmosphere with our spectral viewing. If it was actually blue that would be even cooler.

Another day other than christmas eve though, to much stuff to do.

Funny to see that a lot of people love the videos, seems to be the majority comment.

According to Answers.com the sun color on Mars is more of a reddish tinge then on Earth, so the blue in the video must be from enhancements.

Damn, it would have been cooler if the sun was actually blue on Mars.
