Wow. Another doomsday thread. If you really thought the mind makes things a reality through manifestation, you surely aren't helping anything by trying to manifest the end of the world. I always read threads all the way through but this one was so boring I had to skip to the end. Congrats on being the first.

I would like to say this before I am done. I want you all to know that I have no problems with individual beliefs in god or religion. I have to admit that I am jealous of those that are faithful and believe in it so much that they have no fears or worries. I really do envy you. I would never try and convince someone they were wrong. I hope those who participated enjoyed this debate as much as I.

Maybe this was already answered, but how did the sun become black during a LUNAR eclipse? I saw the "blood red" moon, but the sun was on the opposite side of the Earth which obviously explains the LUNAR eclipse. To say that they both happened at the same time is...well...from my perspective...untrue.

one can view the eclipse via a live web camera...
they can be in Australia or Asia & 'see' the real-time eclipse progressing...
i was told that mostly N America & S America would be witnessing the lunar eclipse in totality
so, in other parts of the world the Sun was shining....

unless of course there was volcanic ash in the sky making the Sun appear as in sackcloth,
in any case somebody is exaggerating just what they were witnessing--- just like the police know
---eyewitness testimony is generally incorrect !

now, if the OP wants to research the signs of the 6th Seal...
then they would first look for just what dates that a Full Moon is located in a daytime sky, anywhere in the world

next they would keep a daily update of the most likely cause of both a blood-red Moon and a Sun darkened like chimney soot... Volcanic clouds of ash

next they would target the city of Jerusalem for these 'signs' in the sky/heavens/atmosphere
because the signs of the Sun & Moon are pretty useless to the rest of the world ...if only the upper Arctic residents or the Antarctic explorers or scientists are the only observers. there would be very little to notice for all the Christians in the rest of the Planet.

Basically such information comes from 2 people that claim they saw this...Unity and the Opening Poster. Unity claims to 'see things' and says she saw the sun on the day of the 21st (after the lunar eclipse happened) become 'black' while sun gazing. The Opening Posters version of the 'sun becoming black' is a little confusing for he says that the the sunset, then he saw the lunar eclipse. I really dont understand either ones version of it all.

If a prophecy is going to be true...and the Sun turning black is supposed to be a 'sign' to the world....then more then 2 people are going to see this.

I think they refuse to go with that all of what happened was totally expected and normal.

There is a problem on the spiritual path of 'experiences'. Many get so fulfilled as a self, they 'stay stuck' in this level of development and dont realize the mind can have experiences. If you focus too much on them, you seem to loose critical thinking. I got lost in this level for a couple of years...it fed my ego self more then anything. After I went through Psychology, I learned about how these experiences happen...they are spiritual but they have more to show us about our desires, fears, wants, and 'self' then anything else. ITs very hard for someone having such strong experiences to except this and took me some self therapy to figure out why I experiences what I did.

I was to the point that I could wish to experience, and could. It can be a dangerous and delusions place if you are not seeking the things it offers for 'growth'.

What my experiences messages were about mainly, is 'self desires'. This was hard to face. We are creators...so we can create alot of things with the power of the mind. But many get stuck in this level of development and usually these are the ones that cling to the 'self' infinity idea.

I had some experiences when I was very young due to a tragic event in my life. I now understand that tragic events can trigger experiences...for our unconsciousness wants to comfort the consciousness.

I hate to say it, for I love everyone here....but Im calling delusions due to 'self desires'. Having experiences can be addicting and can cause someone to base their whole belief and life around them.

You wish for something enough...your going to 'see' it.

The one guy was a sungazer, who looks at the sun within the hour of sunrise or sunset, and when people do that for a while, it begins to provoke different visuals, like a waterfall or yes, even a rainbow, and so what this sungazer saw, was a type of vision involving a black sun, as well as some other things. It's a type of solar energy meditation, which actually gives the body (even light body) energy, through the pineal gland. It's a valid process and his observation was valid, but that doesn't mean that the sun turned black for everyone else, and the OP had some similar report, that's all.

And like people said, time and again, no one, not one was talking about the end of the world, only about changes, for the most part spiritual changes, many many people are sensing that is beginning to happen, like some sort of collective ascension process, which some people are doing the work of, via whatever means, whether through mediation, study, contemplation, the ingestion of substances, sun gazing, or any number of spiritual or religious practices, and areas of pursuit, for the sake of growth, not just for themselves alone, but for average Joe, at some level, since any such works or processes are at some level a work that is occuring within the collective unconsciousness or psyche of man.

Scoff at it all you want, for the individual who's involved in these things, it's a valid experience, and no matter how well trained someone might be in the average everyday "world" of the type we generally see rendered on TV or through the MSM, or whatever, how how regular guy-ish they may be, or how incredulous you may find such things, it's really not in your place to subject it to ridicule, particularly, if you don't even have any understanding of the context and the frame of reference!

C'mon people, there's nothing wrong with having some imagination or even working to get in alignment with psychic processes or changes, even yes, spiritual revelations of things which once were, still are, and are to come.

And if you cannot maintain at least some degree of open mindedness, then why even both to read or participate in the thread, that makes no sense.

There is also such a thing as thinking you can gain giving spiritual information....and creating it yourself and not even know you have done such.

To take such an experience....and say it relates to the world....come on. Desires from the self, can create experiences.

This thread has taken a couple things that were said about the 6th seal and ran with it.

I dont find issues with them 'sharing' it all...and admitting there can be distortions in 'visions' but to claim it means something for the world, like a prophecy being fulfilled...that is a little much.

People will call it as they see it. You know that.

I see all of this more about 'ego' then spiritual growth. Sorry....I will call it as I see it.

I do not care for prophecy myself. Too much time is spent worrying about a tomorrow that may never come while ignoring the wonderful today one has been gifted. That being said, looking at the prophecy which is subject to the OP, I will gladly take the OP's translation over what other prophecy decipherer's have come up with.

Most who read that section come to the conclusion that the sun being blotted out and moon turning red is to be the result of some great cataclysm such as a super volcano erupting or a massive nuclear strike. Given a choice, I'll take the OP's version of a couple people having witnessed the event and explaining it to the world.

Unfortunately, it seems that the more dramatic translation may be what the world needs in order for Mankind to learn to share and love one another, and to cease the judging that is reserved for but one, the creator.

Too many argue over a God that they can't see, instead of loving the Brothers and the Sisters that are right before their eyes.

If given the choice between the two scenarios, I'll gladly take just the two witnessing it. Why?

Because either way, it does not concern me. However, in one scenario, only two people are effected and it is a positive experience for them. In the other scenario, all experience it, and it will be tragic.

No you don't. If you did, then we would have had an earthquake that's not out of the ordinary and the eclipse wasn't out of the ordinary either( we knew it was coming). You would say its just nature and move on because that's the most simple shortest explanation.

Instead you have now connected any quake you can find within a large window in different areas of the world as an event that heralds in chaos and the Antichrist. Your making a stretch about a great seal being broken without proving the seal existed in the first place.

Who knows, maybe you will be correct but lets be real here, you don't believe the shortest explanation is always the right one.

I can agree with the living for today part....and I too....care less about any prophecy.

What worries me....if people come off as a 'warning'....it can lead people to seek something out of fear, which will be with wrong intent.

People must grow in due time...not because another is telling them ITS TIME. Nudge them in the natural processes like love, offering, compassion....instead of saying you have facts that we only have a few years to do so....then...go on to retell your whole 'idea' of life and purpose as if its some sort of fact.

This again, can mislead people....in seeking their own path. Some are easy to 'follow another' and this was a large part of my life spent and it took me a long time to see that another's path did not have much to teach me.
