I see this is the third time you have posed these questions for me, and each time there are more misspellings than what is to be expected in a 3rd grade spelling test.
But I digress...
Only one who suspects an individual and his family/cohorts as being involved in quite possibly THE biggest cover-up in the history of mankind can see this as evidence of their evil. It is obvious that you believe Silverstein to be involved, and, due to his supposed involvement, evil as a result. I do not share these convictions. Thus, I see coincidences where you see cover-up.
Being children of the owner of the building, is it not plausible to suspect that a) the Silverstein children took privilege with their name, and had indeed been late to multiple meetings or b) New York City, being the largest city in the United States, is usually quite busy on a weekday morning, as millions of individuals rush to work, thus causing many to be late for work?
I think these possibilities are just as likely, if not more so, than the leap of faith you make by suggesting that
1. Silverstein was involved
2. Silverstein was aware of what was about to happen
3. Silverstein told his children about the events
4. told his children to head to work late, right before or after the building was attacked so as to avoid suspicion
5. told only some of his co-workers about the attack
6. told those selected co-workers not to attend the meeting/work
7. decided not to tell a few of the individuals at the meeting about the attacks, thus allowing them to die as a result.
Sheesh, talk about coincidences.

Seth kept up his routine of drinking and being late, on 911 as well.
Larry broke his routine of meeting with his tenants each morning atop the wtc on 911. That was the only day he did it.
His son ran late on 911 and avoided dead.
His daughter happened to run late on that same day independently.
Many of his colleagues left early on that day.
See the difference?
I have never seen anything so obvious. What do you guys think?
