Just caught this whilst watching an episode of Scrapheap Challenge on ABC iview.

I don't think it's anything more than a guy throwing scrap metal, you can see him watch where it went before he threw the next piece. Some of that metal is very light and if you throw it right it can almost seem to float, and the camera was moving at the time which probably added to the effect. Pretty cool tho good find.

The first time I saw the video, I didn't notice the car either. It's just an easy mistake to make, that's all.

That was very sneaky steel. It seemed as if it was trying to hide from the camera.

Settle down people, my eyes tricked me the first time I watched it too - I had to replay it a few times to see it sliding on the bonnet.

I have the same illusion too. Seems that the fireman is messing in some iron bars and throwing them aside.
