The results of a new Gallup poll indicate that 81 percent of American citizens are dissatisfied with the current situation in the United States.
Seventeen percent of Americans are satisfied with the way things are going in the United States, the low point in a year of generally low satisfaction levels. The economy and unemployment continue to be the most important problems according to the American public.

What it means is that 81% don't like how they are being treated by Government..
But as usual, 99.9% will sit on their ass and do nothing...
Since starting some violent revolution is kind of what they seem to want, what we need to do is take a page from MLK or Gandhi and practice mass civil disobedience.
In other words start getting together in large groups and peacefully interrupting the flow of day-to-day life in this country until things start changing, however is most effective.

Informed jury amendments have been filed as an initiative in seven states and legislation has been introduced in the Alaska state legislature....
Today, the constitutions of only two states -- Maryland and Indiana -- clearly declare the nullification right, although two others -- Georgia and Oregon -- refer to it obliquely. The informed jury movement would like all states to require that judges instruct juries on their power to serve, in effect, as the final legislature of the land concerning the law in a particular case....
Those who have endorsed the right of a jury to judge both the law and the facts include Chief Justice John Jay, Samuel Chase, Dean Roscoe Pound, Learned Hand and Oliver Wendell Holmes. According to the Yale Law Journal in 1964, during the first third of the 19th century judges did inform juries of the right, forcing lawyers to argue "the law -- its interpretation and validity -- to the jury." By the latter part of the century, however, judges and state law were increasingly moving against nullification. In 1895 the US Supreme Court upheld the principle but ruled that juries were not to be informed of it by defense attorneys, nor were judges required to tell them about it... prorev.com...
The Right of Recall
...Another nine states provide language in their constitutions to recall only state officials. The other states without recall provisions for members of Congress can change their laws to adopt it. In states with the right to initiative, this can be done by a vote of the people after circulating petitions to put the change on the ballot.
Too many in Congress today are showing us that our representatives can no longer be trusted with 2-6 years in office without ongoing popular accountability. Today’s Congressional majority is threatening to dump a load of bad legislation on the country despite the public’s opposition, daring us to try to “clean it up” later. Only a Right of Recall can prevent such abuses in the future....
While bank bailouts fatten Wall Street, states continue to battle the credit crisis. In the search for innovative solutions, some political candidates are proposing that states generate their own credit by setting up their own banks.
