Skies are looking pretty clear down here in Miami Florida. I am going back and forth between Job Hunting and Moon Watching!

We have an amazing view here in north Texas. Barley any clouds in the sky.

I went out to look a few seconds ago and right now the moon is looking orangish, kind of like mars I would say. Plenty of bright stars to. One amazing thing to see.

Any ideas what the colorful bright objects in front of the moon on SpaceVidCast are?
Broken pixels?

I'm gonna say hot pixels. What a shame the Nasa cam sucks so bad.

It looks weird... You can really see it's shape when it's dark like that... looks very suspended.

Someone kicked the cam for a min. It was moving all around in the frame and was gone for a while.
Very nice view on this link. Thanks for posting it! Snowing outside here now.

Im in Joplin MO and the view is clear now and getting pics of a red glow moon! awesome stuff! also our neighborhood is alive with hoodlums tonight, all kinds of cops out!

Thought I would post a couple screen shots I took anyway. Interesting how there seems to be lights on the moon even though it is in full darkness

I like this one. I guess maybe they are using a filter or something? Least it gives the appearance of being reddish.

Another nasa shot, looks like they are playing with colors too. Looks a lot nicer now though.
