That poster is responding in such a fashion, because they are correct. This author has NOT been found guilty of doing anything to children, but you and the other right-deniers can't stop calling him a pedophile or a child molester.

No, you would be crossing state lines, that would make it a federal issue. If there was federal obtuse obscenity laws, he would have broken those, but there are none. However there are federal laws about sending controlled drugs through the mail.
