Last hours North Korea is signaling their war alarms and they move troops near the island where South Korea insists in making a war exercise.

They have announced that it will be done by this tuesday. On the other hand Norths have made it preety clear that should there be an exercise there, there will be retaliation. I mean can it be more clear than that?

There is a way to avoid war but yet noone wants to act against it.

(On a side note this moon eclipse that happends every 450+ years is to happen by tuesday as well right?)

here some music to acompany these dark days before the light comes back to our world

They have been having boarder skirmishes for a while over the years testing the grey area and holding the line. India and China have been doing the same along with many other nations. Yeah, things are tense there but they have be living with that for a while. I do not see that it is bad enough that one of them is willing to lose a city and start a global chain reaction.

why are south korea and the US so determined to do these war games there?...why cant they just move back?! north korea has states that it WILL USE NUKES so why aggrivate the situation?

might have known the u.s would be involved somehow...everytime something kicks off the us are floating about!
kim jong il is a crazy mofo....i wouldnt put it past him to use nukes.

even though russia has requested talks looks as thou both the north and the south are digging their heels, with the US whispering in the souths ear..".we have your back dood just do it...go on do it."...pffffft!

North Korea, whether they have outdated weapons or not have a strong military. pushing 1 million troops is a strong military in any country. They obviously have enough fire power to defend their land and the South should tread carefully in the coming weeks/months. If this war starts, expect a holocaust and nothing less.

and you dont think the US presence has anything to do with it?

for years the south has backed down to the north, then all sudden the U.S is all up in there, now the south arent shifting....coincedence...what would the u.s have to gain from an all out war?

if china were to get involved and the US won would they still be liable for the debt?...half the us de-populised, trades in weapons so make money....hmmm i dunno im just hypothesising here.

N.Korea on alert ahead of S.Korea drill

North Korea has boosted the readiness of its military forces on the coast nearest to a planned live-fire drill by South Korea, the South's Yonhap news agency said on Sunday, quoting a government source.

"The North Korean artillery unit along the Yellow Sea has raised its preparedness level," the anonymous source was quoted as saying.

"Some fighter jets that had been inside the air force hangar have come out to the ground," Yonhap quoted the source as saying, without confirming whether weapons had been moved closer to the south.

Yeah North Korea likes to rattle their sabre all the time so that they will get what they want. Mostly humanitarian aid so they can subsidize their whole economy. North Korea is a joke. Yeah they have a huge military and they are increadibly loyal to Kim Jong-il and now apparently his son too (though we shall see if he can pass the test of sucession when Kim Jong-il passes away) but they have no money. If there was ever a war I don't see how they would be able to keep up with the campaign for more then a few weeks.

And what's gonna happen, say if hypothetically, they capture Seoul and the south? How do they imagine they are going to be a ble ot run? I think they know this already and that's why they haven't a attacked in the 50 years since the end of the war.

Basically how this thing works is fairly simple throughout history same thing. SK has assurance from us that we will back them. NK will resume their war with SK. Russia and China will monitor the situation and see what we do. If we attack and move all our resources to SK's defence russia and china will assess their situations to attack us. It will take a long time but you would see more and more aggressive statements from china and russia against us until a full out war. It's all about checking the enemies firepower and responses before planing a war. It's a game, a serious game they play and have played throughout history. As they say, Earth needs world wars to survive and control population. Countries are like businesses. Take over another business to get their stuff
Small wars in a controlled system is all it is.

Personally I dont think NK will do anything if it had been il in the house and not his son. Not sure about him all I know is that WE educated his son here in the US. How F'king stupid can we be???? Should have just poped him one while he was here, no more problems!

My thoughts exactly... If you REALLY don't want war then you most definetly DON'T make a war exercise in that particular place. I am sure they want it to happen each one for their own agenda.
It does though doesn't make any sense to use nukes to seoul with such a small distance between north and south. Let's see...

They do these exercises all the time. They're nothing new they've been doing them once a month for the past 50 years... So if America backs down and gives in to the N Koreans, we start tp look weak. We don't need this especially since the whole world knows that North Korea is a bunch of hot air. How's that going to make us look in the international scene?? Like a bunch of wimps.

PS NK got no nukes

NK has allready sunk an SK ship with 47 sailors killed -SK did nothing, then they shelled the island and killed a few more, SK did nothing - this is a huge loss of face for the SKs, now they MUST retaliate - these exercises are nothing new - the NKs know that it is impossible for them to back down and cancel them. NK is deliberately creating this situation as a pretext to attack the US which is thier main target! - as for not having nukes:

Super-EMP weapons

Last but not least, senior Russian EMP experts warned the EMP Commission that “brain drain” from Russia enabled North Korea to make what the Russians call “Super-EMP” weapons.11 According to Russian open sources, these are small, low-yield nuclear weapons that can generate extraordinarily powerful EMP fields, many times more powerful than the E1 EMP from a multi-megaton weapon.12 Both of North Korea’s nuclear weapons tests that produced low yield “fizzles” look very like what would be expected from a “Super-EMP” weapon. According to open source reporting, South Korean military intelligence claims North Korea is receiving Russian help developing “Super-EMP” weapons.13

Moreover, the EMP Commission discovered from its investigations that, as noted in the Commission’s unclassified Executive Report, “Certain types of relatively low-yield nuclear weapons can be employed to generate potentially catastrophic EMP effects over wide geographic areas, and designs for variants of such weapons may have been illicitly trafficked for a quarter-century.”14

On a related matter, Dr. Butt incorrectly asserts that “due to the fact that the super-EMP weapon will be directional, it is unlikely to effect a large part of the country.” In fact, a “Super-EMP” weapon can be designed to be directional (the more challenging design) or to cover broad area (the simpler design). The simplest design of a “Super-EMP” nuclear weapon, configured for broad area coverage, could generate extraordinarily high EMP fields over the entire contiguous United States. www.thespacereview.com...

Yes perhaps but NK does not have any rockets that can make it to the US. Even if they had super EMP rockets. Your correct about NK having the US as a prime target but they are hoping for China and Russia's help. This little war demonstration between NK and SK is just a tickle. If the US jumps in to protect SK "whatever they done for us" then there can be some major consequences.

Both Iran and Nk have modified freighters for just such an attack, and tested warheads exploding at the optimum altitude for this - they easilt have the missiles capable of delivering this and all the US defence sytems are geared up for ICBM attack - in short the US is wide open to such an attack being launched and unable to counter it - niether of these two states are concerned about reataliation! - when your lights go out on tuesday, you will know why.

Nuclear terrorism

One scenario of particular concern to the EMP Commission is that rogue states or terrorists could make an “anonymous EMP attack” by launching a short- or medium-range missile off a freighter outside US territorial waters.22 This would eliminate the need for an ICBM to deliver the EMP attack. Since the EMP strike would come from no one’s territory, it could also conceal the identity of the attacker. Although it would not be necessary, an additional layer of anonymity could be achieved by a state sponsor by contracting with terrorists to carry out the attack. www.thespacereview.com...

Ya but NK has not foreign currency. They basically spent it all on outdated crap weapons. Im not saying they wont be a threat because their 1mill + military is still very powerful but in conjunction with buying weapons such as EMP missiles is out of the question for NK unless China or Russia will front them the missiles.

If the US is going to be attacked by someone in a grande scale it wont be NK. The only powers out there big enough to attack us is China and Russia and they wont compromise there relations with us until they know for sure they can take us. And believe me, it's not about the land, if they decide to attack it's for extinction and not to take over america.

Right now is a perfect timing for them because where 14+ billion in the sink hole and most our troops are over seas. We dont have any more dough to pay the dough boy and play war games with and the rest of the world knows this. I dont think NK is full of hot air, I think the US govnt is.

In any case NK and SK will be going at it be it this week or a month or so from now, they have to because we are pushing SK and russia and China are pushing NK. Both pawns in a game they cant win and they know it. All about the super powers. Maybe this is how we fight China and Russia, through pawns?

PS: Johnny B Good was an awesome move! I still remember all the quotes from it hehe :-)

WW3 NEED NOT happen, if you and I don't allow it.

Individually, you and I are powerless, but no human is born out of a rock. We each have family, relatives and friends and through them, connect us all into societies, nations and the world we occupy.

Together with them, we the power to do ANYTHING in this world, only that they, you and I must be assured that what is to done is worth it and neccessary. WW3 is not necessary nor will it ever be. It's only the leaders that are pissed off, or to cover up their mistakes and mismangement, and our naive but courageous youth have to die for them. The population is innocent.

We must inform everyone we know, to discuss, debate and then push our legislatives to act on OUR behalf of Parliaments and Congress around the world that we Humanity WILL NOT SUPPORT any more wars, or send our monies or sons/daughters for slaughter.

Let the world leaders, only our elected representatives and not dictators to decide on who is to be blamed for provocations against a soveriegn people. When the evidences are presented and judgement made, the enemy have the option to accept, withdraw troops or their leaders will be brought to justice, one way or another, without mankind being harm.

We collectively CAN stop wars and not accept the lies, half truths and fabrication by corrupt leaders and MSM dished out to us.

They allready have the weapons - arms exports is thier main foreign currency export - as for China/Russia yes they have set up both Iran and Nk to cripple the US as proxies, why wouldn't they. In NK's case they have it as thier sacred goal to unify the peninsula, to do that they need the US out of the way, an EMP attack is thier only method of achieving that. Meanwhile they simply retreat into the nuclear bunkers they have spent the last 60 yrs hollowing out of thier granite mountains - enough to house and feed thier entire military for over a yr - they coulndt care less if the US nukes the peasants left above ground.

Meanwhile the US has reverted to the middle ages and 95% of you will be dead within a yr - China will take your country with ease, no-one will be manning the subs or missiles.
