this summer we had "the cardinal cross" of the planets

T-Square

When one of the four signs of any modality or quality does not contain any planet - or only contains planets that would be out of orb for a Grand Cross - then a T-Square is said to be formed.
The energy of T-Square is similar to a Grand Cross, but it is much weaker because it involves only three planets; in which two of them form an opposition and a square with the third. Due to lesser energy emitted by the T-Square, individuals with this planetary configuration feel that there is something lacking and therefore have to supply what they think is lacking for better integration of their personality. Filling the gap posed by the T-Square in their personal makeup is the solution to take control of the stressful energies of this aspect and channel them into constructive use. Many successful professionals and otherwise outstanding people often have this configuration in their chart.
One particular example of a Cross, which was not a Grand Cross, came during the summer of 2010 (July 10), when Pluto (in Capricorn), Uranus and Jupiter (in Aries) and the Moon (in Gemini moving into Cancer) were at 0-3° Capricorn, Aries and Cancer, respectively, with Saturn being out of mode at 29 Virgo. This was assumed by astrologers studying mundane astrology that it would be a time with many great challenges and dramatic changes [1]. As the Moon moved out of orb, this Cross quickly (within a day) became a T-Square. This aspect resembled a T-Square that occurred during the 1930s [2].

I wasn't that bothered about this- but now it's getting close, I have to say I'm pretty excited..truly a once in a lifetime event. Shame it will only be visible to me between 6:30-7:15am ish. I am not an early bird, looks like an all-nighter..really jealous of you Americans right now.

Is this alignment / energies only going to be felt by those in tune with it, or will everyone experience this? Most people have a lot on their mind, or will be sleep depending on where in the world they are. For me, the eclipse lasts from 12am - 6am with 100% totality at 3:17am.

64 squares on a chess board. 64 pictograms in the King Wen sequence of the I Ching. 5 cycles of 13,000 years (cycle of earth renewal/change/destruction/ length of recored history add up to 65,000 years. Off by only a thousand years. I suppose that thousand year remainder is somehow important as well.

I wish I could it was suppose to be a clear night but its now snowing. No Blood moon for me on my first year not celebrating Christmas.. I hope everyone else has a happy solstice, and takes lots of pictures to post on ATS tomorrow.

Going to be great got a good view here in florida... Only about 68 degrees....

Don't mean to rub it in but the sky is so clear it is stunning can see every last detail on the moon even that weird face....

Hi, thanks for the info. To further this "3" synchronicity:

Dec = 12 = 1+2 =3
21 = 2+1 = 3
2010 = 2+1 = 3

= 333

The eclipse is an alignment of the Sun, Earth and Moon (also 3)

Three is the symbol of Unity. There is a lot that comes in three's, but here is an important one: body,mind spirit.

3+3+3 = 9 (a higher octave of 3)

9 is symbolic of completions and endings, and with that comes a rebirth. It also has the message that everything is One, as all multiples of 9 add up to 9.

I feel it's an energy of great transformation cosmically and personally. A "trigger" point if you will. I have definitely been feeling the buildup of this energy without even knowing about the eclipse. The energy is very strong. It's a time of shedding of that which does not serve us and integrating all aspects of us.

Just be open, and ride the wave.

My wife is 41 weeks pregnant and will give birth by c-section at 12 midday tomorrow, the 21st. We live in Peru where the eclipse is viewable in it's entirety. She had a dream 3 weeks ago about a huge golden moon, and we only learned of this eclipse 4 days ago. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. This will be his birthchart:

Thats pretty heavy. Wow 3:17 never thought of it till now,very crazy.

Whats the verse about the moon turning red?Isnt there one? Me and a friend were taking about that today and the web and revelations,wow,getting kinda freaky now.

What a neat birthday that will be and what a great day for you and yours. I wish you and yours well for the 21st.

If you are into the cosmos and charts...it may be interesting for you to look into astronomy's positions of the cosmos which is not fixed positions like Astrology uses most of the time. I think I gave the positions somewhere at ATS for the 21st...but Ill give a quick over view of the strong energies. Im sure others are interested anyways.

Your child is going to be what I call a true Sagittarius...meaning that their astrology star sign and their astronomy star sign is Sagittarius. Only 20% of Astrology birth signs today match with Astronomy anymore. Venus is in Libra...Saturn is in Virgo....Jupiter sits on a cusp of Pisces (our current age) and Aquarius (our coming age)....Mars is in Sagittarius with the Sun.

Its likely Astrology does not reflect the true positions that you will find in the night sky.
