If the President is breaking the constitution that they swore an oath to defend but also have to obey the President then where does that leave them? Does that make the contract null and void?

The oath is asking them to do two conflicting things.

I do not condone starting a revolution against the government, there has already been enough blood paid. But if the government starts a war against the people you have the right to defend yourself. It is the truth about 9/11, management of the economy and other institutional crimes needs to come out. There are systems to help manage all these issues and no one really wants to go back to into the dark ages. The pressure needs to be put on the media and other investigative bodies to stop side stepping the issue and get to the point.

Libya, Oman, Equatorial Guinea, Burkina Faso, Tunisia, Sudan, Myanmar, The Gambia, Qatar, Central African Republic, Fiji, Mauritania, Madagascar, and Niger

Are any of those countries something you would like the United States to become?

I would rather keep Obama and his ilk than have a military coup d’état.

Let me help you out here.

I see you cut the sentence off. How convenient.. Would you like me to finish it for you?

Soldiers have a duty, yes a duty; i.e. required to disobey an unlawful order. They have every right, and in fact, must do so if they perceive through evidence that their order is an unlawful one. This includes being "ordered to deploy". Just because it's the "status quo to go", or the MPs and police arrest for going "AWOL", doesn't mean the orders are lawful. It's only enforcing an illegal order.

I won't argue semantics with you, and I'm not going to get into the legality of war strawmen arguments either. It stands though, that you intentionally left out that itsy bitsy little bit about the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The shadow government went into effect on that day and has remained since.
Only a military coup can restore what was taken away by force: our freedom and our rights.
No amount of voting or of "pretty, pretty, pleases" will ever get them back.

My thanks to the protesters all the same, I;ve been there and done that for the same stinking wars several years ago, They didn't listen to hundreds of thousands of us before and they haven't grown ears since. We need to muzzle Wall street actually.

After watching the video and listening to our brave soldier speak the truth that so many people refuse to believe, I am impressed. Our country needs soldiers like this, who see a lie and call it such. I just hope more of our brave fighting men wake up to what our greed driven Military Industrial Complex is doing to our country and do the right thing.

Every country is a potential powder-keg, and America is no exception.

If she does go off, hopefully state / federal LEOs will have the guts and wisdom to back the people and not the criminals who have high-jacked our country.
