Object shot out of sky above Israeli nuclear plant, military says

Sorry I did not see it before starting a thread.

They are stating that it could have been a "party balloon" although unconfirmed media reports are stating that is was a motor-driven vehicle. No debris has been found or, if so, officially reported.

Either way, the use SAM's to take out even party balloons? I know security is tight everywhere in Israel but that seems a bit extreme given the sophistication of radar and the fast response of fighter jets.

No real references of speed ,size,type or imagery to back up the news post,could`ve been a unmanned drone shot down.Interesting find though but with lack of crediable information to disseminate.
