Video: Cop kicks and punches defensless teen girl ! Disgusting!

DISCLAIMER: This video is graphic, but still not so terrible where it cannot be discussed on ATS. If you watch the video you will see a male police officer kick, punch, and throw around a teen girl who is doing nothing wrong while being put in the cell.

I did a search and could not find this discussed on here so I thought some of you might find this shocking. It happened way back in 2009 and it is pretty insane so I am surprised it has not been discussed here yet. I put it here because I am not sure which forum to put it in so mods please feel free to move if necessary.

King County deputy charged with fourth-degree assault on teen girl By MIKE BARBER P-I REPORTER Following an investigation initiated by his own department, a 31-year-old King County Sheriff's deputy was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault, accused of physically assaulting a 15-year-old girl in a holding cell in November. Authorities say the incident was caught on camera. King County prosecutors charged Deputy Paul Schene with the crime, a gross misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of a year in jail. King County Senior Deputy Prosecutor Gary Ernsdorff requested bail be set at $10,000. Schene, an eight-year veteran, was placed on paid administrative leave in early December after the Sheriff's Office assigned a detective from a work site other than his to investigate. Schene is slated to be arraigned Feb. 26 at the King County Courthouse. The P-I is not using the girl's name because she is a minor. Sgt. John Urquhart, spokesman for the Sheriff's Office, said with the criminal investigation completed, the department will launch an internal investigation. Schene was last in the news in 2006 after he fatally shot a mentally ill man during a struggle after a traffic stop on Interstate 5. It was the second officer-involved shooting in his career.

It appears this guy has already been questionable in his duty as serving as a police officer. I know most police officers are good normal people so I must clarify this is not a shot at police officers. There are a small minority of police officers who abuse their power. There is always a minority of every group that will abuse their power.

It does not appear that anything spectacular was done about this. They should have made an example of this guy. It's like it's okay for people with authority to go around and abuse it without consequence.

For the sake of other innocent people I am glad this was caught on video tape so this clown can get some of what he deserves. I feel bad for the poor girl. I hope she is okay after that beat down she got from that 6"2 bully.

Wow as I watched the video again, I realize he picks her up by the hair and escorts her out. This guy must feel real tough.

I wonder if he has any daughter's or sisters.

4th degree assault?! Really??? Looks more like felonious assault to me. 1 year in prison is not nearly enough. A strong message needs to be sent to ALL law enforcement personnel that this will NEVER be tolerated.

Seriously his life would not be safe were that my daughter. I admit she was being a brat kicking her shoe at him but this is beyond overboard. I hope her family sues that police force so bad they can no longer exist.

This needs to be on the national news,one of the worse cases of abuse of authority I've seen ever.

I would like a one on one with that cop in a cage to give him a crash course on how not to treat a woman! This type of thing just infuriates me to no end. The girl couldn't have weighed more than 120lbs and a 180lb+ cop gets to throw her around and hit her several times? I hope he loses his badge and goes to prison where he spends the next several months being punished by the inmates as he punished this poor girl!

I agree, 4th degree assault is not enough, neither is one year in prison.

You know what they do to cops in prison...

After they drag her off, that animal comes back in looking for any blood he might have left behind. They must have noticed her bleeding, and he came back to clean up the evidence. Dumbass didn't think of the cameras thgough.

A one on one would be nice, this dude deserves at least a 2 on 1 like this poor girl got.

Take his gun and badge away and I bet he isn't so tough.

Following the link to the story seems this createn has killed two others in the line of abusing peoples rights. This officers entire career needs to be looked into,clearly this animal is a predator of the worse kind. Man that fired me up,I'm so po'd I started sweating!

Lets hope the citizens of Seattle blow this up into the proportions it deserves.

He lost his job, but was NOT convicted for the assault.

11-1 FOR conviction during the first trial.
11-1 against conviction (for acquittal) during the 2nd trial.

Prosecutors did not try case a third time.

RIDICULOUS

She deserved it. Cop should get a medal.












I've seen this video before, no video is too brutal to be shown on ATS. I hate this ridiculous censorship of material because it is deemed "too violent" or "too much gore". So post away your videos of police brutality, and military crimes guys. Post away.

I live near Seattle. This story is about 2 years old.

Actually, a crazy dude got so upset over this video that he went out and shot at two cops in a cop car (near where I went to high school).

One cop died and the other was injured.

The other cop didn't do anything to stop the guy either. They should both be charged and lose their rights to be cops. That is so horrible!!!!

Yes I mentioned it was from 2009. I was in British Columbia (Victoria) when the multiple shooting of those police officers happened.

I did not know it was connected. It was all over the news when it happened.

Officer lost his job but was not convicted for the 4th degree assault charges.
