There are some major problems with the ideas posed in this: (i.e. faking the moon landing, NASA having a secret space agency, Nazi UFOs, etc.).

1. Moon Landing : We went there. a) You can bounce a laser off the reflectors placed there during the Apollo missions. b) You can see the tracks of the astronauts, and the remains of the landers in the LROC photos. c) You can see the explanations of the "anomalies" in photos or video at badastronomy.com, for the real reasons.

2. Nasa having a secret space program : a) If so, then we'd see a massive NASA budget, to better hide the diversion of funds. b) If you've ever seen ANY NASA mission, then you'd realize there are a LOT of people involved...we would have seen whistleblowers (who likely would have been discredited), but at least we would have seen them. c) We wouldn't be relying on such old equipment for more "public" launches, you'd want the public to see the progress, even if you had more advanced stuff in secret. d) It's a CIVILIAN agency...much harder to keep secrets in, than if it was a military branch. If there IS a secret space program, it wouldn't be through NASA, but through a branch of the military.

3. Nazi UFOs : Look, Hitler didn't even have a way to reliably reach the US (one of his constant laments during the war), yet you think he had craft capable of the feats attributed to UFOs? His folks were responsible for some great innovations, but they hadn't gone THAT far, and we know, because we captured the scientists, prototypes, etc. for the stuff they actually did. (and yes, most of that did become part of NASA and space efforts...but hadn't been realized at the time).

Have to say, I've known several folks who work or have worked for NASA, in the past and who would have definitely loved to say that these assertions are true, but they simply aren't.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they were saying that not all of what we saw on television of the moon landings were real,in other words we landed on the moon but what N.A.S.A showed the public on tv(some of it) was staged. That's how I understood it,because they went on later in the video to talk about Neil Armstrong and the masonic flag that he took to the moon.

No more likely his gruff mannerisms
But I still have his email... just playing out the line at the moment. Problem is even when he talks, it won't be proof...

But at least I will know
and sometimes a simple word, just one word, can open so many doors if you know what and where to ask... like 'MISTY' for example

I saw this movie a few months ago. Pretty interesting part about the space serpents and other strange things moving around in the sky and in space.

The JPL = Jack Parsons Lab part kinda kooky but anything is possible in this glorious piece of crap we call the universe.

STS-36 - February 28, 1990

The sixth shuttle launch dedicated entirely to the Department of Defense, STS-36's payload is classified. STS-36 launched a single satellite, 1990-019B (USA-53), also described as AFP-731. Other objects (1990-019C-G) have appeared in orbit since its deployment.

It has been reported that USA-53 was an Advanced KH-11 photo-reconnaissance satellite that used an all-digital imaging system to return pictures. The KH-11 series is a digital imaging photo- reconnaissance satellite with both visual and infrared sensors. USA-53, nicknamed "Misty", was tracked briefly by amateur satellite observers in October and November 1990.

www.thelivingmoon.com...

from your link..

On 21 June 2007 Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell cancelled the multibillion-dollar spy satellite program, , known publicly as the next generation of "Misty" satellites. Engineers had hoped these spacecraft would someday pass undetected through the space above other nations.

Massive US rocket sends top-secret cargo into space
Final 'Misty' stealth spysat placed in covert orbit?

www.theregister.co.uk...

MISTY also ties into Bigelow Aerospace and some really dumb happenings from Pentagon embarrassment when amateurs spotted it...so the blew it up (faked) and moved its orbit... but amateurs spotted it again briefly; to the scientists filing a public patent for a top secret stealth project

All from one little word

For those interested in what MISTY actually/possibly is, this is a good thread to take a look through. Keep up the good work Zorgon, look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Zorgon, STS-38 had an even more interesting secret satellite -- you're behind the times.

Did it have a MISTY? No it didn't... seems you missed my point about how sometimes one little keyword from an insider can lead to so many connections if used in the right context

Besides NRO has decided to go public now anyway... they might as well because amateurs spot em anyway. And what does it really matter if we know? Not like we can do much about it.

You know... we should start a space mining company. With your Russian connections maybe we can rent some harvesting vehicles... we could cut them in for 50% to help their space program
Just imagine all the old tech out there just ripe for the picking

I find it a little peculiar that the good old US of A has started to distance itself from the Space program but at the same time so much info has come to light about its abilities to camouflage its high tech devices without other advanced nations having half a chance of detecting them.

Out of sight out of mind?

Maybe they are sick of the mainstream media always bothering them trying to obtain sensitive information, its obvious that they have a lack of control of the amount of spies that have infiltrated higher government.

Its easier to say that the USA is done with Space programs than to continue in its attempt to try and hide the truth only to have some one leak a sensitive document to a website or news site.

If that is true why did the USAF order a fleet of X-37b's

This became a really awesome summary of all the things Zorgon has uncovered, and I applaud him to no end because his work has entertained me for hours upon hours in the past.

It's funny though, you have certain members that come here seemingly to "find the truth" yet allow that old "internet ego" to get in the way of listening to the people that, quite simply, know more than them.

I don't know if it's been mentioned as I have not read through every post, but I highly recommend you all check out Zorgon's site thelivingmoon.com, there's a lot of REAL intriguing information in there.

A lot of you also have to realize that this new era of CGI hoaxing and "15 minutes of fame bull **** peddlers" have severely jaded some of the members who've been around here long enough to read all the "right" information and appropriately reject all the "wrong," or clutter.

As for myself, I am admittedly a skeptic by nature, but mostly relating to the constant "ZOMG ALIEN HIVE MIND WARSHIP DEATHSTAR" youtube videos and, as I mentioned above, your money grubbing 15 minute of famers.

Zorgon on the other hand, I don't know, I have a sneaking suspicion he's someone to listen to

No Secret Space? Oh yes, there was a 'Secret Space', as part of the space race between USA and the Soviet Union. Some astronauts were killed in accident, and some Cosmonauts were lost in space. That's why it was called 'Secret Space':

Why don't you educate us? Instead of riddles! . . . Like "I say this, think real, real hard"

Please do..... I'm waiting.....

cause people like you are ALWAYS wanting answers, or "proof" there has already been proof its just up to you whether you want to believe it exists or not. skeptics will always be asking the same questions. he has the right idea. all you need to do is think...thats what we all need to do but 90% of this world DOES NOT. if you cant seem the grasp this idea than you will always and forever be searching for the same thing that blatantly lies directly in front of you. you just fail to see the big picture.

I have just watched this documentary up until the last 5-6 minutes, because I could not bear it no more. It was a compelling watch I should say, although the film took an unexpected turn halfway through somewhere, leaving the very subject of the movie (Secret Space Program) behind.

It does not make any sense to me. They start with speaking about a parallel secret space program in the beginning and then they talk about the public NASA space program up until the very end. Am I missing something?

They mention the Nazi flying saucer plans but never develop this topic any further. Instead they tell us that all NASA rockets were based on the V2 German missile. Alright, we know that already!

Then they completely lose it with Free Masons and leading to satanic cults, occultism and other crazy s***t. The fuel burns hotter because the rocket design is based on the pentagram? Give me a break..

It started as a very interesting documentary, I loved all the UFO footage in space but the final half hour of the movie was a major disappointment to me.

Actually, those old rumors of cosmonauts secretly killed in space have been thoroughly debunked decades ago.

Just like the bunko stories about secret Earth weapons bases in orbit to fend off UFO attacks (a la Corso and Hellyer and that Brit pothead). Interesting rumors, checked out by real investigators, refuted. Bunk.

There are space based weapons platforms. I have first, second and third hand knowledge of them. They are not anything fancy, and don't involve "reverse engineered alien technology" or anything goofy like that. But they have been developed and are in place.

I do wonder though if they are still operational. They have a little age on them.

Good Idea.

Say fellas, whenever this thread hits 20 posts or so, could one of you guys make a youtube video summarizing the thread for me. Point out any posts which you find worthy of further discussion. Yeah, that would be great umkay.

It would be nice if you could throw in a spoiler or two, umkay? Yeah...

*If one of you could be a dear and make another summary video after page five is reached, that would be awesome too. Yeah. Umkay.

Umkay.

Why not watch it yourself?

Umkay?

I found it here: www.unexplained-mysteries.com...

Kinda one of those things...you sort of have to BE THERE to appreciate. From what I have seen so far (and I haven't finished watching) it is def worth the effort. First quote is "at the end of the day it is up to you to draw your own conclusions"

Otherwise, I'll watch it for you and tell you what to think!

Actually I found this on another website, couldn't believe I didn't see it on ATS first.
Sure enough - it was already posted.

There is some preamble and the real meat of it starts about 17 minutes in - beginning with 3 unusual events caught on feed from STS 96.
I do recommend sitting through preamble. Author spent time and went to considerable effort to capture and prove these unexplained anomalies caught by NASA cameras in space.

At the 45 minute mark, you really have to be in love with the topic but if so there are clearly unexplained phenomena evident.

Even though I don't hold much hope for the rest of the film, reading wideopenspaces reply above...I will take my own advice and finish it before relegating it to the trash bin based on his review.
