It is a possibility. They release information that is already known as an excuse to shut down the media and other outlets of truth or deception.

Julian Assange, to my point of view, is probably the most courageous person of the 21st century. He is taking enormous risks but he believes strongly in his actions, more than anyone else i know. The fact that he was arrested recently with a weird sense of timing, shows how some people really want to shut him up. But there are many like him. If anything bad should happen to Julian, many more will come out and continue his work.
