Confirmed: ice age has already started - the shocking evidence

weird isnt it, i can barely type im so cold, i live in a really warm insulated house, i put my heating off half an hour ago and im shivering,, cant remember a winter like this for, well i cant remember one at this time of the year, gonna try and sleep now, goodnight everybody.

The thermohaline circulation is sometimes called the ocean conveyor belt, the great ocean conveyor, or the global conveyor belt. On occasion, it is used to refer to the meridional overturning circulation (often abbreviated as MOC). The term MOC, however, is more accurate and well defined, as it is difficult to separate the part of the circulation which is actually driven by temperature and salinity alone as opposed to other factors such as the wind and tidal forcing[1]. Temperature and salinity gradients can also lead to a circulation which does not add to the MOC itself.

Uhm.... then why is it like 50+ degrees here this time of year when most years (besides last year), by this time we have lot's of snow and it's BELOW freezing not 50+? Yep, must be that ice age which is making it so much warmer here than normal.

The temporary lapse is a reptilian/corrupt powers that be plan to pull the wool over eyes, if you see a slight receeding of snow, do not be fooled!
Here in the UK, temperatures have dipped to WELL BELOW freezing, and same with most of europe...
if you research ice ages, europe always gets the worst, and it always starts with europe!

then... we can say that instead a new ice age our climate is just screwed up? I don't recall a spring this cold.... and a winter that cold too...

The begining, yes, as i stated earlier.. its like an old car starting out, takes a few chugs of the engine, but will start -- mother nature hasnt turned to ice age mode for a long, long time.. many many thousands of years.. and this small introductery weather is just the starting stages

Exactly, like pouring TONS of oil into the Gulf of Mexico and a couple
of tons of that chemical. Oil can bind the salt which then drops to the
bottom. Methinks it's going to get cold.....if not this year then in the
next coming years.......

If you watch the abc report video on my op, it shows you a small basic test which shows that even 70 miles away from the spill, huge oil is clogging the surface, affecting the jet stream.. to what extent, we can only hope for the best, but the existing oil it is worsening and thickening and going nowhere soon

I would not be so quick to judge. I will go along with the idealism's you share to an extent, at perhaps this weather pattern is the start of extreme seasons from summer to winter for a time. For all things change, including the weather of a planet. If not for weather Deserts would never form, etc. etc.

From a purely historical perspective, we are due for an Ice Age. Over the last 800,000 years, Ice Ages have occurred, on average, of 100,000 years duration, with interglacial respites of about 10,000 years. Since the last Ice Age ended over 10,500 years ago, we are about due. Of course, these are averages, but they do lend credence to the possibility of another Ice Age soon.

That is my exact point, how scientists in recent years have said we are overdue, and can very well happen in 5/10/100 years but now with the current conditions and rapid changes could be a shocking indication that they were extremely off and wrong with their time prediction, why do you think there is such a huge concern and interest in the gulf stream right now

ps how ironic is it, that after all the `2012` `neuclear war` `asteroid` `earthquake` and all the other doom end of world scenarios.. that the thing which God forbid does it, is a classic ice age

Yes, normally oil doesn't mix with water however...when mixed
with that chemical BP used it sinks! There is much oil on top
there is also alot that sinks to the bottom and flows with the
thermohaline circulation.

think of the millions of animals, fish, sharks, dolphins, aqua life, plants etc all wiped out

millions of intelligent creatures dead

many of these creatures like dolphins are just as mentally aware as us,
can you imagine how much suffering they went through

its enough to make one cry thinking about it, and im not an obsessive animal lover either

somebody needs to bring account these people..
animals have a right to live, and theres no difference between gassing millions of people,
and killing millions of animals for no reason
