Was this in Vegas? or Atlantic City? or somewhere else?
There is strict oversight in AC from the casino control commmisson and the DGE, State Police.
There is always a CCC person and an agent in house typically all the time. In addition you had the investigators
which were us. We investigated everything and then there is surveillance who are constantly looking for suspicous activity and are required to keep video for certain period of time. On top of this they are audited by CCC/ DGE. Multiple layers of security, is it perfect, nope. Do dealers steal, Yep. Are there theft teams, Yep. Do they get caught, Yep. Do they serve time, Yes/No. It was a fun job when I did it but there was no money

In one casino in Vegas, I personally witnessed a winning roulette player's drinks spiked with something by a pit boss and waitress. He got really messed up, falling down and unable to function in a short time, and was promptly escorted out.

Ive not seen it happen in England but in Vegas I saw dealers trying to pull all kinds of tricks, especially on roulette tables. And this is the bigger strip casinos as well. So I would not put it past them for a second. I think it is awesome but that whole place is some kind of energy vortex.

Just passing by...

From what I hear....

Old School...

New School...

The automatic slot machines and their coin collectors were at risk sometimes to cheat devices and some other scams. To spin a coin with a plastic wire of short length involves a historical example of this. The machine accepts the size and weight and grants the credits. However, the coin causes to exit through the rejected channel into the tray of payout due to the creation of spin by means of plastic wire. As per the developments in the latest slot machines this particular type of scam has became out dated.

EPROM chips are there that controls and powers the modern slot machines for gambling. In most of the casinos, the bill acceptors are mostly favored than the coin acceptors. Such types of machines as well as their bill acceptors are manufactured and designed with hi-tech measures to defend counterfeiting and cheating and are very hard for defrauding as well. The mechanized slot machines of earlier times were defrauded sometimes by means of using the devices for cheating, such as Tommy Glenn Carmichael, a notorious slot cheater, used ‘monkey paw’ or ‘slider’. However, the manipulation of EPROM involves the most recent attempt to defraud the slot machines, such as the disruption of it from functioning properly by directing the microwaves towards it. The manipulation of defrauding software in the slot machines to deceive the casino operators has been introduced by a casino insider, Ronald Dale Harris.

cheating at slots is almost nonexistent now due to coinless gaming. However cheaters will always try something new and that includes other new high tech methods. the big one which was hard to detect was using shaved coins but since there are no more slot machines with coins anymore at least that i am aware of.

I have been a casino caps player for 30 years. In central NY casinos look for the guy who comes to a table where things have been going well and just stands there. And as soon as 7 out happens walks away. Follow him..you'll see him go to another craps table and do the same thing! or go to other types of gaming tables and just stand there..watching. If you pat attention then you'll start to notice the same guy tomorrow, doing the same thing, like he's on the clock! Of course casinos do this. They also have the crew suddenly act like nobody can pay bets correctly, add things, figure out where to place bets..it's all designed to slow things down...cooling a hot roller, youll see a stick person leave and come back right back instead of rotating like they're supposed to, you see them stop play to add more chips to the table even though it's full already, you see them start complaining about how the shooter is throwing the dice, even though they aren't leaving the table and are hitting the back. They literally have 100''s of things they do to try and stop a streak

As I see, they just get into the game during the process while someone is gonna win and change everything like casino needs ...

I was playing craps in Reno back in the early 90's. My normal mode of play was to bet Don't Pass, Don't Come. Many gamblers are superstitious and don't like gamblers betting against the shooter.

Anyway, I walked into a Harrah's Casino one night and started playing Craps with an immediate winning streak. Before I know it two Casino employees aggressively pulled me from the table wanting to sign me up for a fishing trip, I thought WTF. Maybe they had a cement overcoat in mind.

After that I decided casinos weren't going to be a profitable venture so stopped using them.

Why do casinos need people to be a deterrent when there is already a house edge built into the game?

Common is putting 150+ proof alcohol in a mixed drink. it can not be proved by any blood test and is chalked up to drinking to much.
yes some casinos have 190 proof everclear hidden behind the bar just for winners at tables.

Went to Vegas last April... I witnessed it first hand with a Black Jack Dealer... Asian Lady took over the table and cooled it down like it was no problem.

I asked the cab drivers in Vegas about this and they said casinos do this for some reason. I don't understand it, it's like Black magic or something.

Interesting. Because in the Asian cultures, like China, they are more open-minded about personal energy and how it works. China is a master at the energies going through the body, and how to heal physical ailments using acupuncture and accupressure.

I have quite a bit of successes using energy myself. I never thought to use it at a casino.

There are a lot of rumors around that Casinos employ "coolers". It is said that when someone is having a winning-streak, that a "cooler" is sent in to spread a bad-luck-vibe and to "cool things down". I also heard a Rumor that, decades ago, the Nevada gaming Commission banned such practices and that ever since then Casinos are using Coolers secretly.

If Coolers are real I suppose that when Millions and Billions of Dollars are involved, what is normally regarded as "superstitious" becomes very real and very important.

But it is really hard to find any information on this. Anybody out there know more?

I've never seen a 'cooler' around me at the casino, but I bring my quartz crystal with me when I gamble so it's vibrational frequency will beat out the bad vibes and losing streaks every time.
