AMID the fallout from release of top secret US diplomatic cables, the website's Australian founder is facing a fresh warrant for his arrest.
Julian Assange says he and colleagues were taking steps to protect themselves after death threats following the publication of the leaked cables on their website.
A fresh arrest warrant has been issued for the 39-year-old Australian, who is believed to be in hiding in Britain, to face possible charges of rape and molestation.
