Operation Mincemeat: How a dead tramp fooled Hitler

I just read this on the BBC Web Site. I saw the original films back in the 60s, but to read about it in more detail. It goes to show how much cloak and dagger work can change the course of a war. This was a truely piece of imaginative work by the British Secret Service, that luckily paid off and save Allied lives.
