the tsa is creating a new breed of american idol wannabes who head to the airport with the intention of creating a video, or audio, file of themselves refusing the scan and fighting the pat down. It's become laughable and it now diminishes the actual issues that were originally raised regarding the scans and pat downs.

her video is the perfect example. She's posing for the camera, savoring her 15 minutes of fame.

If I were standing behind her, or any of these other buffoons who are there to make their youtube history, I'd wind up creating more of a poopstorm than the video maker could ever hope for. Unfortunately, they wouldn't want to air the video because I would be suggesting that, by only wearing underwear, the only place they could be hiding anything could only be uncovered by a body cavity search and I'd demand it on the moron in their skivvies.

My impressions?

A once pretty woman, desperate to recapture some attention, using the hyperbole over the TSA as a means to get a few more minutes, for herself, in the spotlight.

Where others seem to see humor, sexuality, or even patriotism... I simply see a sad kind of vanity and despair.
