China Blocks UN Action Against North Korea, AFP Reports

www.businessweek.com

It is getting interesting.

“It is unacceptable to ‘condemn’ or even ‘express concern’ over North Korea,” the agency quoted a diplomat as saying.

While many media outlets are reporting how China is distancing itself from North Korea China has still entrenched itself over North Korea issue in UNSC where it actually matters. Keeping in mind China's stand in UNSC over North Korea it doesn't seem S.Korea & US will get a free hand over North Korea least of all military attack on North Korea.

China knows the torpedo was German and that the south fired first.
so does Russia

they wish they had the mass brain washing abilities
that the west has brought to bear on the Peeps

I wonder what they call artHillery Clinton behing closed doors.

China is run by engineers
Russia is run by serious intelligence operators

the US is run by lawyers

How do you know the torpedo was German? Just curious.

As for China siding with NK, that wouldn't be good.Yet, I don't think China would want a war against the U.S, considering we will have more allies, and generally are more powerful when it comes to our military. If China would just put pressure on NK then things would be going better. If China was smart though, they'd think like the U.S and it's allies that don't want another war, because that means more violence, death, and money being spent and overall destruction. You'd think they would put pressure on NK to ease the tensions. The way it's going right now though, it seems there's a good chance a war could and may be started. Which would be the last thing the world needs, considering NK could be taken over easily just by China itself. Then we could make the NK/SK just Korea.

well it's not just 1 torpedo we are talking about here.
1 is the real one that sank the Cheonan
1 is the decoy torpedo dredged off the sea floor

these are 2 different torpedos.

Dan was referring to the torpedo that was dredged
off the sea floor. The info confirming it to be German
is here:

whatreallyhappened.com...

It's in Korean language but u can follow along with
the english in the pictures.

The actual torpedo that sank the Cheonan is an
American design due to the way the Cheonan
was damaged.

The Cheonan did not have a hole in the side
of it when it was raised out of the sea. The rip
of the ship came from directly underneath it.

That eliminated the German torpedo that was dredged
off the sea floor cuz that type torpedo was designed
to enter the side not explode from underneath.

Now, what type torpedos are made and designed
to explode in this manner? (directly underneath)
That we find in a US Virginia Class Submarine.

these images were revealed to the public in a
National Geographic Documentary on the USS Texas
as shown below at the 5:40 mark in the video.

so .... do you still think that North Korea
sank the Cheonan ???

Those are some of the most profound yet true words I have heard in awhile. Kudos.

And the idea that China is distancing itself from North Korea is bogus. They are allies, allies don't just ditch each other unless they want to create serious problems between each other. Does China want problems with North Korea? No, China wants North Korea to be their proxy because proxy nations can fight conflicts that would mean world war if the superpowers fought each other directly.
