How come they do not have in real life a dorothy that sends tiny objects inside the tornado to give back readings

They have actually... and its where they got the idea for "dorothy" for the movie.

Its just not as easy to deploy as it seemed in the movies.

Ever see UFOs flying around storms.
Tesla said his ship would be stable in wind and storm.
He denounced aircraft and zeppelins as unstable in rapid downdrafts.
Some people think his better idea was built by the elite.
