cool! hopefully soon maybe they'll loan out some to a museum.

it's possible that picasso could have given them this, especially if the man worked for him for three decades (that would be approx. 9 pieces a year presuming the collection was amassed at a steady pace.)

it also said that he showed picasso's son the paintings, which would be a strange thing to do if they were stolen. i mean how would you unload 270 hot picasso's? all at once in the spotlight or one at a time anonymously? i know what i would do.

anyways probably not stolen

I just saw this as a minor headline on CNN... it said hundreds? This is incredibly interesting for the art-world or even passive admirorers.

This guy is going to get totally screwed by the family though...

They are already trying to say that he stole all of it.

Artists are well known for trading art for services. This is greed by the family!
