Ive been saying for years that the sun MUST have some effect on carbon testing. Proving that it could make the testing completely unreliable would cause a serious problem in the historical world as we know it.

No, you don't have to shout. In fact, a keyboard and mouse is a much more effective tool.

Assuming all this is true as it's presented, how would one go about bettering one's chances to evolve/ascend properly? Are there changes to lifestyle or diet? A poster said something about being more spiritual to be able to receive the changes I think... meaning...?

any suggestions?

the six chakras and their dual counterparts plus the singular Sahasraara together make up 13 chakras. This is why 13 is such a mystical number

Could it just possibly be that the greys are humans from our current timeline in the future? Came back to steer us away from our obsession with technology and towards a more spiritual future? Roswell crash was a failed mission and technology recovered only created a more troubled future causing more greys to show up in our timeline? Either way the video is quite thought provoking. Thx for sharing!

Now, I don't necessarily believe any of this...and this is just me throwing out "crazy" ideas....but doesn't like the entire world drink a lot of "carbonated" soda drinks. Once again, I'm not saying I buy into this. But if the Illuminati really did want to somehow stop human evolution from happening, poisoning us with plenty of "old carbon" would probably do the trick.

No, the number after the name is the mass in standardized atomic mass units and reflects the rest (not moving) mass of the atom. Electrons have so little mass compared to nucleons (protons and neutrons) that they are disregarded in the computation of a.m.u.s;
For example, naturally ocuring oxygen is a diatomic molecule comprised of 2 oxygen atoms, each with 8 protons, 8 neutrons and 8 electrons. The atomic weight is computed to be 15.9994, but its atomic mass is given as 16. You notice that neither of these numbers has a unit such as grams, ounces, etc. associated with it. The number is the mass in grams of 6.02x10^23 atoms of the stuff.
To get really esoteric, you need to know that a neutron is slightly more massive than a proton due to quark mass and assembly details. Up and down quarks have different masses.

Was taking a sip of cherry coke as I read that...
then promptly spit it back into the can and pushed it to the far corner of my desk

Great thread/video OP! There's a lot of points in it that make more sense than what we all know. (666 is the DEVIL!!)
I remember reading about Edgar Caycee and his interpretation of Revelations which is interesting and ties in with the subject of our 'awakening':

According to Cayce, the Bible is the symbolic account of the fall and restoration of the human soul to its divine origins. Genesis is the symbolic testimony of humanity's fall from heaven and paradise lost. Revelation is the symbolic testimony of humanity's restoration to heaven and paradise found.

Video is proof positive that any "New Age" crazy theory can be espoused, merely by some clever misrepresentation of actual science.

This is known as "junk"- or, more correctly, pseudoscience.

Also, could be considered hoax or fraudulent science: www.chem1.com...

This is obviously taking a scientific discovery completely out of context, and THEN spreading it into an area that is totally unrelated...this "shift of consciousness" nonsense....all part of several New Age mumbo-jumbo concepts, some that are mutually exclusive from one another.

Here is a list of pseudoscience topics.

From that list --- Possibly related to this OP:

2012 millenarianism — a present-day cultural meme proposing that cataclysmic and apocalyptic events will occur in the year 2012. The proposal is derived from the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar which by most proposed alignments with the Gregorian calendar reaches a calendar rollover that year. Doomsday mechanisms are predicted to occur by means of a "galactic alignment", "solar storm", "pole shift", or catastrophic collision with an asteroid, comet, or planet (e.g. Nibiru). There is no scientific evidence that these events will occur.

From the "2010 millenarianism" link, above...this snippet, followed by the full link below it:

A New Age interpretation of this transition posits that during this time Earth and its inhabitants may undergo a positive physical or spiritual transformation, and that 2012 may mark the beginning of a new era...
en.wikipedia.org...

Another link to "New Age" fanaticism is in the snippet above......

There is further discrediting of the claims that Carbon-14 dating is unreliable, if you search hard enough. Those who make such claims exaggerate recent findings. Radiocarbon dating has ALWAYS been known to be less exact, the farther in the past it is referenced. Still, any alterations by Solar radiation amount to a very small percentage of difference......and science acknowledges these facts, and accounts for them.....

....and, when you delve into the reasons behind this latest "concern" over radioactive dating methods, especially in archaeology, you find that it is driven by, mostly....You Guessed It!!! Christian "scientists", and those who attempt to promote "creationism", and refute all the natural evidence of the long-term workings of nature, and evolution....

New Agers always amuse me..

They'll believe just about anything, a simple video where the author didn't even care enough to put their own voice on it.
