The Media and the Koreas

This is what I've getting so far.

The Chinese media: Unanimously agrees that South Korea started the barrage. As expected.

The Western media: Unanimously agrees that North Korea started the barrage. As expected.

ATS: The elites are planning World War III using the CIA. As expected.




Problem: Nothing big has started. No declaration of war. No serious punishments.
