TSA, X-Rays, HIPAAS... Is this LEGAL?

Thanks for the post here.. I'm an EMT Basic, so I don't necessarily understand HIPAA in great detail.. My knowledge is; Don't repeat what you see, hear, or read on the job site to anyone except people that are already there, superiors who might reviewing case files, and hospital staff that will be caring for the patient..

HIPAA primarily relates to Health Care providers and workers, and not the general public that sees something (Unless they were intentionally taking pictures and trying to gain un-authorized access to files.)
