Hi guys,
I'm looking for a good piece of software or a good website for tracking satellites, trying to track down a satellite that would have passed over Canberra AU @ 20:39 22.11.2010 passing by Jupiter and headed SSE.

If you download Stellarium (its free), it has a satellite option and will show you the locations. You can also roll time back and forward so finding the particular satellite you want shouldnt be too tricky.
