A super advanced Civilization could not write on the surface of the Sun. They couldn't cause waves in the Sun.or images of spacecraft in the Sun. The appearance of God on the Sun is to make it absolutely certain that no Humanoid like being could do it. If you meet a 800 pound ape, you know who is God.

Um... No, I didn't.

The Axis of the sun, flipping, could only be north to south, and then back again (for 360).... this would cause the sun's rotation to flip ALSO, and, according to Tidal Locking, this would cause MASSIVE gravitational perturbations throughout the solar system.

And if you knew anything about Gravity, Momentum, and mass, you would already know this.

Try again, dude.

And it is impossible for Spirals, Swirls, or Waves on the Sun, or images of Spacecraft or virtually exact images of Island groups to appear as sunspots at the time of earthquakes in the island groups, or a virtually exact replica of the Olympic emblem at the time of the British Columbia Olympics.

These are impossible, but they happened. So could the flips of the Sun. It's just math by God --- Acts of God.

If you read carefully, again, you may notice that I was complimenting you, and agreeing with you.

I'm pretty sure (too lazy to hunt back through all the pages), but I'm pretty sure I already pointed out the effects of GYROSCOPIC inertia, angular momentum, and the precession effects, etc, that would necessarily occur IF a large massive rotating body (like the Sun) actually DID have its axis of rotation moved, reoriented, as is "claimed" in that ridiculous video, in the OP.

As you said...torsional forces would tear the Sun apart. Of course, this is a mental exercise anyway, since it's a moot discussion....the Sun DID NOT "FLIP", period. CANNOT "FLIP".

This is what is so stunningly inane about these claims....anyone with a third-grade level of school education should immediately realize how it isn't possible, and then realize it was a video effect only! Yet, people still eat this junk up with a spoon?? Sad.

Today (December 9) the AIA Science Team is adjusting the guide telescopes on AIA. One of these small telescopes is mounted above each science telescope, allowing the pointing to be precisely controlled. Every so often we need to tune the control tables. Today was one of those times. Small motions of the images will be seen in the data on the SDO website.

Today, Jan 27, SDO is performing maneuvers designed to help the EVE team more fully understand its instrument. These spacecraft maneuvers, called cruciforms as they point the spacecraft in a cross-like pattern at multiple steps, happen twice a year. You may notice the Sun stepping across the AIA or EVE/SAM images, or missing altogether today. Don't worry, just another planned calibration activity to help SDO achieve the best possible data!

saw this vid yesterday and showed it to my kid sister and it freaked her out.. to bad i didnt find it on the first..lol..

though while the black spot probably is somthing on the lens.. it is weird that as the solar flare passed that spot. it seemed to light it up so to speak

The lens and the ccd are different things. So you loony people think a mass like the sun has can rotate in light speed? GET A LIFE!!!!
